Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is my 3th stay here. The location is very good. You can access everywhere easily. I go to clubs and very easy to reach the most well known clubs. The hotel is just in the train station and there are supermarkets open to midnight, fast food restaurants etc

PolandBreakfast is better than in last year. I would ccchange the orange juiccce- it is a orange dring, full of artificcial stuff. The apple juic eis good , though. I would think of nicer presentation of the food, the butter " balls" look like patatoes..pity. No enough vegatables- only cucumbers and tomatoes. No olives, no radish etc. Also no fish in any form.
Literally at the station, 2 min walk to the platforms. Very clean and quiet. There is a kettle in the room, also mini fridge. Complimentary water bottle was a nice surprise. Free ticcket is a real gem.Staff is nice and helpful. Receptionis, room service and breakfast staff- exccellent- kind and discreet! Congratulations! There is a vending macchine in the lobby.Very tasty cake for breakfast :))Deccent coffeee.

The excellent location directly below the Ostbahnhof which made travel in the Berlin area very easy. The free travel pass saved us a lot of money also. The breakfast was very good with plenty of selection.

United KingdomThe beds were okay, although the mattresses have a camber on them, so it seems as if the middle is higher than the sides, which can sometimes feels like you are going to roll out of the bed if you get too close to the sides. The pillows were horribly soft! The hotel is not air conditioned, although a large electric fan is provided. The fan was enough during our stay in early September, but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be in the room in the middle of a hot summer.
The location of the hotel was very good as it is connected to Ostbahnhoff railway station, which is on a direct line to both the airport and the city centre. The area between the station and the hotel is a medium sized shopping mall with numerous shops, and at the far end of it a Rewe supermarket. As the price of breakfast in the hotel is an extortionate 17 Euros, it is handy that there are several very good coffee/sandwich shops in the mall where you can sit and enjoy a much more reasonably priced meal. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a kettle (a bonus in European hotels) and small fridge. The shower room was well set out and had an excellent shower with very good water pressure. The rooms are very quiet. Our room overlooked an inner courtyard, but as the front of the building is not on a busy street, I would imagine that a room on that side would be equally quiet.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent right next to the station (direct S-bahn to the center and the airport) and the room is great for a short stay in Berlin. Clean room, friendly staff.
