Parking was full when we arrived - reservation in advance is not possible. In addition, it is crazily expensive. Shower was old and not too well maintained. Toilet was squeaky when sitting on it.

Simetimes there are long waiting queues at the reception. The bar area is quit dark.

The location the near mainstation of Berlin is ideal. As a Member - which is easy to get - you receive a free voucher for public transportation for total Berlin invluding suburban areas like Potsdam.

There was a strand of hair on the pillow when I checked in. Not exactly the most welcoming sight but the rest of the room was clean. If the windows are opened, can hear the trains as the hotel is near the tracks.

Located near the Central Station so meals are not a problem. Room was standard with no frills. There was no kettle and no cups so it was quite bare. It is a good room if you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep.

Room was a bit small but for short stays OK. Only 1 hand soap gel and one shower gel, no other toiletries were available.Could use at least a conditioner. I did like the bulk format of the soap/shower gel vs the wasteful small packaging that gets thrown away. Did not choose breakfast because it seemed a bit expensive.

Perfect location for a stop over close to the train station

The room we have got had a strange slightly unpleasant smell. Next day when we switched rooms, there was no bad smell. Besides that there was nothing wrong.

The rooms are clean, has good sound isolation and spacious. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient and close to Central Train station. You have to walk a little to reach very good restaurants, but overall the location is very good. Facilities are new. The staff was super helpful and since we had a next booking next day with kids, they arranged us the rooms to meet our needs without asking. Big plus!

Only one pillow each, though extras were provided on request. The aircon thermostat display seemed faulty - showing single figure temperatures. We'd requested rooms close together. But although our room had a connecting door to the next room, the rest of my family was given a room across the hallway instead.

Comfortable room with all the basics we required. Excellent location close to the main train station, and a short walk to the Reichstag. Good bench space in the bathroom.

De location was fine. It was easy to go somewhere in the town. The room was comfortable. Breakfast is good. Everything i wanted was there.

The maintenance for the room is not up to standard: I didn't get a complementary water upon arrival (I asked the staff for it), the "no disturb" label didn't exist in the room, the mini bar was empty, a switch is loose. The heater is not the traditional philosophy you might expect, and the air it blows is at room temperature (20+ degrees). In principle it can function, but during the night, given a negative temperature gradient from windows and outer walls to the interior, the temperature could drop, as blowing room-temperature air is insufficient to counteract the decrease. This resulted in the room feeling cold in the early mornings. I had to complain at the front desk 3 times to get it checked. Although it turned out that the heater was just desgined in this way, the front desk repeatedly promised that the next shift would handle it, yet they didn't pass this message to the next shift.

Bed is comfy. Room is clean. The desk is big. TV has enough channels. A safe is provided. Location is super, close to the main station. You can cancel room service to get 5 euro voucher everyday, which is nice.
