The fact that I was not offered to join rewards club to access free transport. By the time I realised it was too late so we spent a lot on transportwe didnt need to. Also was not asked about not having a daily service charge which we would have gone for. Notice was in the room but didn't see until next morning by which it was too late.

Extremely hot in the room even with air condition working on the highest speed. You can’t open the window, as trains were going right outside and noise was very high. Rooms are ok, beds not very comfortable. Water pressure under the shower was very low. Breakfast was extremely busy, you need pay for it additionally, selection is fair, nothing special.

No kettle/hot water in the room for tea or coffee. Coffee machine in the lobby didn't work - for a 4 star hotel not up to standard. No fitness room

My card was charged twice, but the lady on reception spotted it and sorted it out immediately.

Great location for the Hauptbahnhof, which is what I needed. It was clean and comfortable. The self-check in terminals saved some time when checking in.

The air conditioning was necessary as it would have been noisy with the windows open, but we found it dried the atmosphere in the room.

Very convenient for the hauptbahnhoff. Very generous size rooms and very quiet given the proximity to the station (thanks to triple-glazed windows).

Window was hard to open and only on tiled position. I missed a water kettle. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the lobby was broken.

excellent location just a minute from train station and lots of top sightseeings just around the corner, friendly staff, speedy internet, very clean, great view from window, bathroom modern, very bright with everything you need.Lan socket and also one socket for permant power, so when you leave the room you can still charge a device. Very safe, as you can access the floors only with your room card. Nice big lobby.

Check out was at 12 but before 12 cleaning ladies kept opening the door and seemed annoyed that I was still in the room.

Room was very spacious felt pretty luxurious with a nice modern bathroom. Lots of storage space for luggage/clothes and not noisy at all.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Disappointed that no tea/coffee facilities in room; no iron/ironing board in room. Not enough hangars and too few pillows. But these are minor quibbles given the excellent location.

Intercity Hotel Berlin Hbf is great for location, cleanliness, breakfast choices and above all the staff who were super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The evening bar was quite busy and understaffed for offering cocktails. The bar is inefficiently designed so the team working had to keep crossing over each other meaning it took three times as long to make a cocktail than it should do if there bar layout were designed for making cocktails.

The staff were really friendly when checking in and out. The breakfast buffet had loads to chose from and it was a nice touch that all the different bread rolls were warm. Great selection of teas. Room was very comfortable and quiet
