The breakfast (which I did not take because of an early train departure) would have been a bit too expensive for my taste.

The size and cleanliness of the room were excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was allowed to enter my room a bit before check-in time, but that will depend on availability, of course. The proximity to the train station is fantastic when arriving/departing by train.

Key didn't work very well, even after asking reception for a fix. Thankfully it was only at the end of my visit so it wasn't that bad but still, couldn't enter the room to pick up my things.

Clean and comfortable. The beds are big and comfortable, had a great sleep. The room was also very clean, bathroom was clean as well. Over all great.

The walk from and into the city through the main-station goes by a problem area with some obscure characters hanging around.

Stayed only one night. Nothing obvious.

Did not have breakfast. The location was walking distance from the central railway station. Hence, it was very convenient when arriving by train and using public transport in Hannover. However, typically there were homeless people, beggars, male youth with load music, pubs, bars in the vicinity on the way between station and hotel. Seems to be safe because busy although at night for women travelling alone not without risks.

Only one small criticism - the shower drain in our room clearly was not being cleaned by housekeeping staff regularly as the shower overflowed within a few mins and I had to remove large quantities of hair and sludge from the drain that had obviously built up over time to unblock it. Otherwise everything looked clean.

The only misshapen was that the shower didn't have a door that closes fully and we ended up with wet bathroom floor.

The hotel was very accessible and close to the city centre. We ended up not using transport and just walked around. The view from the room was really nice, and the staff were very accommodating.

No minibar, which is fine, but the hotel bar seems to close at 10 pm (at least on Sunday night, when I was there), which is a problem if you need a drink. There is an automatic distributer but the choice is limited.

No restaurant at hotel, clean surrounding but no welcoming outdoor seating area that felt welcoming which gave more minus when there was smokers right outside, the glass between shower and main room room nice but impractical when sharing room with someone you are not intimate with so more suitable for couples than business share for this room

Excellent location and staff very close to main station, quiet area and staff was very friendly helpful and professional, practical, clean and comfortable. And the view from the room being high up is a great upside. Happy to come back
