During my stay the hotel was extremely busy. I decided to self check in using a machine situated in the foyer due to crowding at the check in desk but my room card was not dispensed so I had to wait about fifteen minutes to receive one. Breakfast commences at a very reasonable 06.00 but the breakfast area was very crowded within a short while leading to delays queuing for food; not ideal if you are in a hurry.

Proximity to the main railway station and the fact that although the room faced a main road and a bus station, there was no sound disturbance.

Windows can’t be opened fully and is quite warm even though the AC is on. Mattress is a bit firm.

Room service needs to be specifically requested. Though this info is not shared when checking in. So we ended up entering an uncleaned room at the end of the next day.

There was no food available other than breakfast. There were drinks available in machines but no food or snacks.

Staff were very helpful and it was quiet despite being next to the train station with rooms facing the tracks.

Most of the staff was friendly. But some just weren’t helpful. I asked for hot water for tea one evening and was given hot water and a cup. But when I asked again the next day during the day the woman told me I could buy the breakfast for 17 Euro if I wanted tea. I said the lady last night got me hot water and she said she shouldn’t have done that for me! I ended up just getting hot water from the bathroom faucet became it came out really, really hot! So some staff were friendly, others not so much.

It was close to the train station which we used often. The windows were air tight so we didnt even know there was a train station directly behind us. It was nice to walk next door to the train station to get a bun or pretzel and coffee/tea for breakfast each morning. Love those German bakeries!

Breakfast was really excellent - great choices, all fresh. The location immediately at the Hauptbahnhof was helpful and did not affect my sleep, thanks to effective noise cancellation and air conditioning. The value for money was outstanding.

The feather's duvet and pillow. I had an allergy to them. But staff very quickly changed it. Making a perfect stay for me.

The hotel has an extremely good location to move around Ingolstadt. Just cross the road and there is like a terminal of multiple buses. Very good with the Railroad Station. Just walk in from kne side between hotel and station and you are in platform 1. Breakfast very good. Hotel extremely quiet. Good night sleeps.

Convenient location next to the main train station with taxis and buses right outside the door as well. Excellent breakfast. My room was quiet.

Response of reception staff to requests told could not use voucher sent by H reward program as not valid on check out although this clearly states to use on check out !, after insisting reception, said okay ! Luckily, I was checking out alone. If I had business colleagues with me, this would have been embarrassing Lack of bar choices of drinks

- a bit pricey for the location (next to the train station, with the train station view from the window. - extra payment for parking the car (which is also hard to find) - the remote control of the tv was broken (or out of battery)

- Nice room, comfortable bed and shower, everything look fairly new. - very nice breakfast with gluten-free and lactose free options.

No idea where the 4-star rating comes from, but that really is a joke. No restaurant, bar closed, no gym, Parking additional charge. Hotel is clean, rooms are OK but there is nothing to do. To go the centre, you need to take a taxi. Hotel has a sterile and chilly feel.

Hotel is located quite a walk from the old city centre. The walking road goes through a nice park, above the river and arround the old fortress, so it is actually not that bad if you like walking.

Rooms arte nice and quite spatious, they serve good breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near the Railway station, so it might be very comfortable for travelers by trains.
