Better directions to the Hostel parking lot. Paid 27.5 Euros instead of the 7.5 that I was told to park there. Obviously, the wrong lot or misinformation.

Some noise from the street (beside busstation) from time to time. But when we closed the window, not much to hear. But it was some hot days, so we would like to have the window open at night. There were aircondition, but not so easy to find out. And if full speed that made some noise. But overall it is a nice hotel, nice breakfast buffet, nice staff, rather close to altstadt.

The rooms on the sunny side of the hotel were too hot. The air conditioning was not good enough to cool them even if left on all day. I had to change rooms because of this. A thick winter duvet is not appropriate for a hot late spring day. The breakfast was ok but not worth 18 euros.

The location was good for train and bus arrivals. It was only a ten minute walk to the town centre. The room and bathroom were a good size. The shower was good. Staff were very helpful. I was given a complementary ticket for the bus to Travemunde.

Rather expensive, we skipped the breakfast to eat at the local bakery at a much better price and they had great food. Noicy plumbing in the bathroom.

The only thing I would mention would be the mattress topper which moves around too much and makes the bed rather high from the floor to when you are short!

Great location for the city and the railway station. The room was comfortable and clean and had a great view of the city. The bathroom was excellent and the walk in shower was really nice. A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a great location.

There is nothing to dislike.

We liked everything. The convenience of the close range to the station and to the city. The design of the room and practical way of locating for example the plugs. Breakfast was very good and the staff has been extrem friendly and efficient. It will be our choice when staying in Lübeck.

For accessing the reception, you have to pass the bar. If there is some sort of a ‘private party’ at the bar, it could be quite difficult to get through the crowd with your luggage. During the breakfast, there were several times when no glasses were available.

The location is excellent - very close to Holstentor. The car parking is available under a shopping center on the opposite side of the street and the entrance for cars is just around a corner. The breakfast room is large enough.

For some reason in our room there were not enough toilet paper, we requested more from the front desk.

Nice clean hotel close the train station. The hotel feels like new, our room was not too small, bright, clean and equipped with small refrigerator, kettle and tea/coffee.

The garage where not in same building or attached to the hotel building. The pictures in Booking.com need to be re taken by more professional photographers.

I liked everything, good value for the price. My expectations were very low when I booked the room due to the pictures I saw on the net. But in reality the facilities where much cleaner and modern and new than the feeling I got when looking at the pictures in Booking.com. perhaps you need to re take your pictures. The staff where so kind, they listened to me and gave me a room on top floor, according my request.

The only very small Minus was the pillow, since it is new it is very high. But that is individual taste I guess.

Very nice modern new hotel. Room was super practical and good storage for the size. Shower was perfect, great water pressure and size, no water was running out. Breakfast was perfect, good coffee and everything you need. Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast. Public parking is more convenient than expected.

They had a great looking bar but unfortunately it wasn't open was a little bit of a bummer. There was a vending machine with drinks but this still isn't a bar...

The unique selling point was the friendlyness of the staff, I've seen a lot of hotels but this was very good!. Also the breakfast had a very wide selection and products were good.

A bit too complex to set room ventilation system. You never know what temperature you set.

- The SHOWER was wonderful. - Rooms were clean almost like new condition. - Location is pretty good (near the city center). - Late checkout was suggested for free. - Rooms were ready 4 hours earlier than check in. - Staff was very polite and quick to react to problems.
