The price-quality relation was very bad. The maximum price should be 60 Euros for one person (without breakfast). The equipment of the romm seems to be much older than 15 years, the bathroom should be renovated. Some towels were very old - and this for a hotel in this class. :-( The receptionist was not very helpful for giving some help for a location, he just gave the city map and went to the next guest. I asked to get more information about the direction and he did not respond.

The hotel is located at the train station but the room was quiet even of the look toward the tracks 1+2. It is clean, WiFi works good.

The showers doors in the bathrooms need to be replaced! Very soon! And lots of vinegar put on the calcium deposits in the showers. Otherwise nice bathrooms.

The room looked directly onto the station which we thought was very funny. When the windows are closed you can't hear anything from the trains at all. Breakfast was great, love the pancake machine. Staff super friendly and helpful Got extra pillows with no stress whatsoever and an hour early check in Complimentary water

The lack of AC could be a problem on warmer days, as there was no fan provided in the room. Moreover, the location right next to the train tracks, while convenient to the Hauptbahnhof, meant that I needed to use earplugs to sleep through the night with my window open. (I needed the window open in order to be cool enough to sleep in the room.)

The location was extremely convenient and the staff was accommodating. I wanted to have a friend join me for one night, and it was straightforward to add one person to the first night of a three night booking without having to cancel and rebook or do anything weird like that.

Not all of the towels were available for 2 people in one room - only one bath towel and one hand towel. There was a tear in the bed covers. The small fridge was not working - even though all of the snacks are available downstairs, being able to keep a bottle of water cold would be nice.

Location is great, the airconditioned rooms are very well renovated (the new bathroom style is lovely), the location at the central train station is great.

Cold reception by staff and lack of restaurant without forewarning when booking made. Also sign at hotel listed restaurant alongside other amenities even though closed. We had booked specifically because of the restaurant facility.

The information about early arrival prices is not indicated on the hotel page. I payed one extra night and wrote a message to the hotel that i am coming early in the morning and only then they told me about possible early arrival prices. Though the price for this extra day wasn't returned. Being environmentally conscious (and not cleaning rooms) is ok, but please inform your visitors, where we can leave litter and garbage. Full garbage bin during the stay created inconvenience.

Friendly staff and comfortable room made my business trip great. Cosy small room has everything one need on the business trip. A compliment from the hotel (a bottle of water) is sweet. When I asked for an iron the receprionist was freindly and ready to help. I could not say anything about meals, I was eating out.

The hotel is located very close to Magdeburg hbf. The staff is good. The place, despite it is close to hbf, was very quite.
