We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough the app entry to the rooms was snazzy, a traditional key card/ key would have been preferred. But it wasn't the end of the world, just different! We also booked the shuttle from the airport to the apartments but couldn't find it! It was easier to find on the return journey when it became clear the adjacent car park facilitated it - but just as cheap to use an uber for more than 1 person.
We didn't take advantage of all the facilities in the apartment, like the fully stocked kitchen, but we did rate the excellent shower and comfy beds. The self serve shop for essentials located in the lobby was also great for a drink and a snack. If you need something more substantial, there is an Italian restaurant right next door.

GermanyI hated that my original room was assigned to someone else without my knowledge and I had to badge in on a semi naked man while having access to his room. It was really embarrassing and confusing for both of us. This raised concerns about security through out my stay. It took a while to resolve because there was no network access inside the hotel building which was really frustrating.
I liked how clean the apartment was and the cooking facilities in the room. I also liked the self checkin process and how automated everything was

United KingdomLocation isn’t best, 10 mins drive to the airport or 40 mins to central Berlin. Either way you have to pay for Uber which is very expensive. A bus only goes once an hour.

BelgiumIt says Shuttle available. The App isn’t straightforward - seeking Shuttle, yet Parking Reservation with IN / OUT hour is expected. Too much info to subscribe, then Bank confirmation needed… —> couldn’t walk to Airport (quite far). Resulted in Paying 27€ for an UBER. Customer Experience - 0!

NetherlandsEverything was perfect. I wish I stayed here for longer. It had a mini kitchen with a dishwasher and all types of cookware! This place is ideal for a longterm day. I had all the essentials I needed as if I was at my house and could just grab it but in a foreign country while on holiday. Hotels could really learn from iapartment. I wish more hotels had cutlery and dishware in the hotel room.

Sleeping only one night to catch an early flight, we were right beside ther airport, that was perfect! THe hotel has a concept of reduced staff, you check in yourself with online keys. We had to book late a parking spot and they went above and beyond over the phone to help. Everything is really new and clean, we loved it!
