Although the app entry to the rooms was snazzy, a traditional key card/ key would have been preferred. But it wasn't the end of the world, just different! We also booked the shuttle from the airport to the apartments but couldn't find it! It was easier to find on the return journey when it became clear the adjacent car park facilitated it - but just as cheap to use an uber for more than 1 person.

We didn't take advantage of all the facilities in the apartment, like the fully stocked kitchen, but we did rate the excellent shower and comfy beds. The self serve shop for essentials located in the lobby was also great for a drink and a snack. If you need something more substantial, there is an Italian restaurant right next door.

I hated that my original room was assigned to someone else without my knowledge and I had to badge in on a semi naked man while having access to his room. It was really embarrassing and confusing for both of us. This raised concerns about security through out my stay. It took a while to resolve because there was no network access inside the hotel building which was really frustrating.

I liked how clean the apartment was and the cooking facilities in the room. I also liked the self checkin process and how automated everything was

Location isn’t best, 10 mins drive to the airport or 40 mins to central Berlin. Either way you have to pay for Uber which is very expensive. A bus only goes once an hour.

It says Shuttle available. The App isn’t straightforward - seeking Shuttle, yet Parking Reservation with IN / OUT hour is expected. Too much info to subscribe, then Bank confirmation needed… —> couldn’t walk to Airport (quite far). Resulted in Paying 27€ for an UBER. Customer Experience - 0!

Good room size and tall ceiling. Amenities - Smart doors and App. Very efficient.

Everything was perfect. I wish I stayed here for longer. It had a mini kitchen with a dishwasher and all types of cookware! This place is ideal for a longterm day. I had all the essentials I needed as if I was at my house and could just grab it but in a foreign country while on holiday. Hotels could really learn from iapartment. I wish more hotels had cutlery and dishware in the hotel room.

There was no staff at the hotel at 10p.m., but I got an email with the instructions how to get in.

It is 5 min away (by car) from airport, it is clean, comfortable.

Cleaner come in at 9am to my room to clean when 11am was a check out so I was suprised.

Actually quite far from airport (around 5 min taxi). Lack of restaurants, supermarkets around.

I didnt get offered any shuttle service to the terminals that would be a nice touch.

A lovely modern well kept clean aparment with all the mod cons you could want great alround experience would definately recomend to anyone .

Very clear informational support and communication. Nice room, fully equipped as small apartment. Included breakfast was very reach, it's enough even for two persons (was already at the fridge when checked in). Very highly recommended.

The self check in to get the room card did not work. I needed phone support which worked out well in the end, very friendly person on the phone!

The breakfast was good, too much food for me, took some of it with me and left some behind. Kitchen was very well equipped, well organized and clean.

There was no shops nearby that you can reach by foot, no way to reach city centre with using only one public transport

It’s quiet, close to airport, we had beautiful view from window. Apartment was clean, fresh, feels like we were the first ones to use that room. Kitchen had everything you need to have/make a meal

We were close to the elevator and could hear some noise on the corridor, elevator, other doors opening and closing. Wasnt ideal, but it was ok taking into consideration all the rest that we loved

Sleeping only one night to catch an early flight, we were right beside ther airport, that was perfect! THe hotel has a concept of reduced staff, you check in yourself with online keys. We had to book late a parking spot and they went above and beyond over the phone to help. Everything is really new and clean, we loved it!

Nothing really, since it was 1 night stay due to cancelled flight. Room is spacious with coffee machine and kitchen

So it was last minute reservation, since our flight was cancelled. Great value for the price, good location - close to airport, however far from the city.

Maybe a bit more food items to make your own meal. The only real options available were pasta but the shop was fit enough for the purpose of my stay

Very stylish and modern apartment with a lot of facilities inside the room. The shower was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. I loved how the kitchen area was full of utensils for cooking, I didn’t use them but the option to have them was great

Stayed here before my early departure next morning from Schönefeld. And everything was perfect! This stay was like the much needed break before writing a new chapter in my life. Thank you guys for everything. Especially to the lovely lady I got a chance to meet at the reception.
