There was a ventilation in the bathroom working automatically almost all the time and it was quite loud. There was no tea, sugar and oil and very poor salt provided. So it didn't really feel like home...

Easy access to the building. Convenient place - near the train station and 2 minutes from tram stop, a few grocery shops near by. The apartment was clean and nice and there was a cosy bed and a very cosy arm-chair! A dishwasher, all the dishes you need.

Apartment was a bit dusty around the edges but otherwise clean. More towels and bigger sheets would have made the stay feel a bit more homey/comfortable.

Convenient for travelling between Darmstadt and Frankfurt due to proximity to the station. Kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. In general, layout of the appartment and bathroom is very nice. There is a lobby area. Door codes and automatic check-in worked well - straightforward and user-friendly.

The hard-to-recall 9-digit code for the main entrance that was also required to enter the 4th-floor room's hallway. The keypad on the room door, that requires a 4-digit code to enter, is too low and the lighting is inadequate for this procedure. Strangely, the duvet is a smaller size than the Queen bed for single occupancy. It was certainly not convenient to request a change to a Queen bed size duvet

iPartment is a peaceful place in which to stay. I heard nothing from outside my room. I shopped locally for Orange Juice, Yoghurt, Fruit and Nespresso pods to make my own breakfasts each morning for which the fully equipped small kitchen was good. iPartment does not have a restaurant or bar. It has a ground floor lounge if you bring your own bottle(s). Also, The Moxy Hotel next door offers various eating and drinking options. Wang's Kitchen is a short walk from iPartment and I strongly recommend this friendly place for delicious Chinese options. It is really highly rated for Sushi. The building is a short walk to Darmstadt's main train station. There was a great frequency of local trains (preferred; 20 minutes) and S-bahn line 3 for my daily visits to Frankfurt Hbf. Around the same Darmstadt Hbf station there are excellent tram and bus services to other parts of Darmstadt.

-The frequency of cleaning service is not enough, at least they should provide changing towels and garbage collection more frequently.

-The location is not far from the main station (about 7-10 minutes by walk) and there is a bus stop in front of the apartment. -The room is decorated in a modern style with fully-equipped and quite clean.

There was some dust here and there. in particular on the pillow. probably coming from the outside, since the window was open. And that brings to the second issue: the room was very warm. During my stay the weather was exceptionally good and temperatures raised, however I felt there was no conditioning at all. If any, it's probably based on floor piping; but that is definitely inefficient/ineffective. I recommend to improve it (and I hope that in winter the heating is working better). minor thing: it would be good to provide (eventually on request) some laundry washing machine tablets (as done for the dishwashing)

The "contactless" checkin procedure is convenient and well explained. same for the invoice and checkout. the apartments are well equipped and newly furnished. despite the limited number of square meters, even my "xs" apartment was more than comfortable, with very good and efficient usage of space. the roof terrace is a nice relax space. the location is very convenient.

What i personally missed are some sheer curtains for the floor to ceiling windows, for privacy during the day, as the building in front was pretty close and being on the first floor, one could see inside the room even from the sidewalk if windows were not covered. Also the matress was very soft, which did not make for a very comfortable sleep for me.

Good location, just minutes away from the Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof, and less than 30 minutes away from the city center on foot, if you're up for a stroll. A Rewe nearby came in handy as well. The room was spacious, with a very well equipped kitchen, big bathroom and shower.

Despite the responsive staff, they were highly inefficient. I stayed at the hotel for two months, and during the first month, they were unable to fix a wobbly kitchen table, even though they promised to do so several times. The issue was finally resolved only at the end of the first month. The housekeeping service, which was promised twice a month, only cleaned the room twice during my entire two-month stay. I also requested that the shower be unclogged, but in the end, I had to do it myself. Furthermore, the water quality was poor, and it was definitely not suitable for drinking. The dishes developed a white residue even after being washed in the dishwasher with all the necessary detergents. No water filters were installed. Additionally, the hotel had a paid laundry facility with a washing machine and dryer, but they were cleaned infrequently. As a result, I sometimes had to wash my clothes with the leftover detergent residues from previous users.

The furniture at the apartment hotel was stylish, and the renovation was well done. The kitchenware and other utensils were of high quality and very convenient to use. The appliances were also good, and the overall design of the rooms was quite chic. These are the main positives of my stay.

Towels should be changed at least once a week. Additional cleaning is not necessary if the guest does not request it, only maybe trash should be taken out (or there should be more trashbags if the guest should take the trash out by himself). But, the staff is very helpful if you ask for something and that kind of erases all of the above-mentioned criticism.

I liked that it was all automated, I didn't have any problems. I got my access code and didn't need any further assistance. The room was equipped with new furniture and facilities and it was very clean. It's near the central train station and the city center is nearby (20 min by walking or 5 min by tram which is nearby). I had everything that I needed and even there were small gift bags which is very thoughtful! Very nice property for an affordable price!

They promise to clean the apartment once if you stay more than 2 nights. I stayed 3 nights but they didn't clean it. I don't mind (my apartment didn't get dirty) but they should keep what they promise.

Very spacious apartment in a good price. Excellent location if you want to attend meeting in ESOC (as was my case). Also very close to the train station and within walking distance to the city centre.

I was locked out and it was also because I didn't fully understand how to use the two keys. That said, I got help and could fetch my baggage in time to catch the flight. More help in weekend would make it better.

It is perfectly located for my need of visiting my customer. The keys are mailed ahead of time and you may just check-in at your convenience. In addition, transponder works as a physical key and can be collected at your convenience.

I didn't liked the lack of pro activeness in solving my room issue. I booked for a bigger room, and it was given an XS. I needed to fill a reply in booking in order to have my situation solved. But that was the only issue i had during one month, for the rest, the service provided was good.

Pillow was not comfortable. TV was big and I had to sit on the bed to watch. Bed could have been a single for me and that would have given more room. The knob for the fridge was hard to pull. Needed to be a D handle so that the door could be opened more easily (large D handles would give somewhere to hang the dishcloth}. The table was tiny and needed to be twice the depth to work on. Felt cramped and tiny as a space to be in all day but more or less did everything I really needed.

Very clean and in a good location walkable to the centre of the town and easy to drive to. Shower was great.

1. The Kitchen was dirty. 2. The Door stopped accepting my code, so I was locked out at 5.30 in the morning coming back from my morning jog. 3. There are no drink or food facilities around. Think about a vending machine.
