Reception staff except the tall woman who checked us out was awesome!

Location was great and parking was convenient in a ramp right next to the hotel - to the left as you’re facing it. Reception staff could use some help. One gentleman gave us the opposite directions right out of the lobby to get to Marienplatz. We figured it out after a few blocks, but what should have been a quick walk in the rain had added blocks which could have been easily avoided. Another reception employee was more concerned with talking with his friends in the reception lobby area than assisting us with check in and validating our parking pass. Room was clean and it is in a great location to Marienplatz. WiFi was temperamental. I’d skip the breakfast option as the spread was small and only some tables were offered cappuccino over coffee.

The carpets in the corridors are a little dirty old, place a bit run down. Its very basic, but if you dont want anything too fancy - its grand

Everything was good for our purpose

Warm, welcoming, clean and lovely design. We could only stay one night so we’re not able to use all of the facilities but everything we saw was great. The welcome at the front desk was a credit to your member of staff.

We decided to stay here as our early communication with the hotel indicated they would comply with our bedding request. We had asked for our two teenagers ( opposite sex ) to have a room with two separate beds. This was not granted even after asking three times upon arrival. Luckily the bed they had to share was big. Apart from that it was all good.

The hotel is conveniently placed about 10 minutes walk from the main square (Marienplatz). The building has a lift if you're on the upper floors. There is a little road noise if you're at the front of the hotel, mostly from the tram, but I noticed that for about 5 seconds before I zonked out. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff - especially when we got stuck in Munich because of the snow, they did their best to help.

Missed having a kettle and small fridge the room - a small quibble, as overall our stay was excellent.

Location is fantastic. Staff were great, very helpful to family members with lost luggage. Breakfast included was a good start to the day.

The shower in the rooms were awkward and kept going hot and cold. Curtains and decor could do with improving. The curtains covered the radiators which restricted the heat in the room. The duvets could do with being bigger too.

Initial staff member I spoke with to try to check in early was not super pleasant. Room decor felt dated. Thin walls and noisy with the tram just outside.

Luggage storage was convenient. The room was large. Shower pressure was great. Comfortable beds. Close to SBahn.

Location of this Hotel is super, in walk distance to the city center. Breakfest is sufficient. We needed a wheelchair acces. We appreciate, hotel informed us in advance, that there are 5 steps with handrails, to the lift. But if the person is able to make some steps, it is no problem.

Not much, one of the group found the noise from the traffic and street too much! It would have been good to have a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room!

The family trip was in support of our 2 sons who were running the Munchen marathon! We liked that the hotel was flexible and changed one of the rooms from 2 to 3 persons. We liked the friendliness of the staff and they always did what they could to help us. Bowls and spoons and an extra pillow provided without a fuss. We also liked that everything worked well; the showers, the safe, the lift and the air conditioning. We liked the outside space.We also liked it when we had a problem with the door not working, that it was solved immediately!😀 It was also great to try and speak German, but when we weren't so good the staff could speak English.

The noise isolation of the room could be better. One could here noises from other rooms and from the street.

Very friendly receptionist. Great location near the city centre. There are several restaurants, cafés and bakeries around.
