Locality was noisy and hotel is next door to a cabaret club.

The location in relation to its surrounds was less than desirable. Probably 4 strip clubs within a 50m distance from the front door. When I got to the hotel at first there was a very strong smell that someone had been smoking in the reception in the moments before I entered. The biggest downside for me was that there is no air conditioning in this hotel. There was a fan in the ceiling but no controls to turn it on. I think it's just there for decoration. I opened the very large window in my room but the emergency escape went passed my window (as it should). The problem with this was that I couldn't leave the window open as this would have compromised me & my room from a safety & security perspective. All in all, it was a clean hotel with very nice staff. If they could get air con installed it would make a colossal difference to the comfort that guests experience...... there's not a whole lot they can do about the neighbourhood.

The location wasn't bad in relation to Central Station & Marienplatz. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite.

Breakfast was tasty with the wide assortiment. The location is very strategical- only 5 min to the HBH, near to the down town.

Neighbourhood is a bit dodgy. Rooms are very small. Bed is uncomfortable and pillows are even smaller. You can hear noise coming from rooms around you.

Close to the city center, clean and not too expensive. Good breakfast.

I found it wasteful, that there were a smart TV in my room. But it had a code on it, when we walked down to the reception they told us we couldn't use it.

It was not wheelchair accessible. My father had to walk up 4-5 steps to get on the elevator.

The area around the hotel is probably the worst I saw in Munich, not the hotel’s fault. There is like a nightclub in the hotel according to a google search I had to do in the middle of the night wondering why there was thumping music, so that’s something to prepare yourself for.

The room I stayed in was very spacious for a single room, the hotel looks way nicer inside than outside. Very good breakfast in the morning. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi and the staff sorted it out, which was great.

I don’t know why the staff have to clean the rooms so early, very very noisy you can hear everything from other room dragging furniture etc. if wasn’t for that would be perfect

On Friday night music was very loud outside till late after midnight. Room was not ideally clean and pillows were just tiny.

Location is great, walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was quite good, variety of juices and coffee. Room had everything necessary. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for a low cost if you don’t stay long.

Staff was very polite and welcoming, I was there for 7 nights, and my room was cleaned every day, also clean bedding and towels every day. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection. Good location for a 20- 30 minutes walk to all major sites

The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. Some of them were plain out rude. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor in the front and next door there is a strip club and all night there are people taking loud and yelling and also you hear the pounding of the music. The room was half cleaned until we complained, and then they cleaned it. The area is very busy, and a lot of people just standing around doing nothing or doing something they're not supposed to be doing, lol. I guess if you want to feel like you're in NYC, back in the days when 42nd St was strip clubs and etc, this is it.

The young guy who works in the breakfast in the morning was so helpful and friendly . I'm sorry, I don't remember his name. The beds were ok. Very close to the main train station and pretty close to everything else.
