From few steps from the bus, which bring you to the castle. Old fashioned rooms, direct view to the castle. Breath taking. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Good location of the hotel (3 minutes walk to the train station). Beautiful view of the mountains. Hospitable staff. Good breakfasts. Delicious regional food in the hotel restaurant. We liked everything.

The room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is great and next to the river which is very relaxing when sleeping with open window. The location is great because you can easily reach many places in the region. The staff was very polite and useful. I recommend this hotel

The towels were old and rough. The food in the restaurant was good but the service was terrible. The waitress clearly didn't like her job and was rude to several of the customers, including us. We all have bad days.

The hotel is good value for money and allows pets - that's the reason we chose it. The room was large and clean with comfortable beds and an excellent shower. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a large choice and is good for the price.

Towels provided were very small indeed. Very difficult to dry after shower using a hand towel.

Very clean and silent room, freshly renewed. Varied and abundant breakfast. Free parking. The hotel is 10 min away from Titisee beach. They also gave us a card including free public transport tickets. Perfect for our 1-night stay

Room was small but for one person is still OK. The bed could be slightly wider, e.g. 120 cm. Beer in restaurant was very bad, really sorry for that, but in Germany I'd expect in any place a good draft beer. Hotel does not accept credit cards (not only this hotel, but some restaurants around as well) and consumption in their restaurant can't be billed to the room (despite this is the same company).

Breakfast was really good with very good service. Some hotel parking places are available, but when full, the only option is a public parking with fees.

Not able to pay by Visa, it was cash or maestro, but this was not a problem.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly they went out of their way when we asked for some additional support. The hotel was very clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Restricted payment options (but this is made clear when booking). Room was a little too warm and the adjoined, enclosed balcony hindered airflow (but, for some, an excellent additional space to have). Towels starting to look well-used. Other guests still noisy into the quiet period starting at 22:00, but it sounded like they were having a great time! Room otherwise quiet.

Excellent food available at the restaurant, ample breakfast in a dedicated breakfast room, comfortable bed, friendly and pro-active staff, highly convenient location within short walking distance to the station, storage space in room, desk in room, solid WiFi/WLAN connection.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Close to the station with a few local eateries nearby. The staff gave me free local transport vouchers.
