The breakfast options were limited, there was no information about wi-fi in the room (or communicated during check-in), the equipment and the furniture have seen their best days a very long time ago.

The location just a few meters away from the metro station is great for getting to the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Compared to other overpriced offers in Munich, this is a good choice if you're looking just for a place to sleep and not much more.

The staff was friendly but seemed confused when we arrived. We were afraid they had lost our booking, but soon they found our reservation and it was okay. We also did not love the staff randomly coming into our room at different points of the day, a knock on the door before entering would be appreciated.

The location was very convenient. We were far enough out of the city so we didn’t have to deal with Oktoberfest crowds but close enough that we could get to the center in around 20-30 minutes on the train. The hotel was also very quiet and the rooms were comfortable.

I would not stay here again because the WiFi was totally unreliable...it would disconnect all the time. Our room faced a very busy road. With windows open, the road noise was quite disruptive; and in the summer heat it was extremely uncomfortable to keep the windows closed. (Closing the windows helped a lot, but did not totally block out the road noise.)

Proximity to U-Bahn. Room laid out well and had all that we needed in a no-frills sort of way. Good sound-proofing between rooms. Good blackout curtains.

Not really hotel's problem but zone banding and ticket pricing on U bahn not clear. Also if you are going to the Allianz there is nothing really there apart from a great stadium so have a beer and food before you get the U Bahn to the stadium.

Went for football and to visit Munich. Ideal for U bahn , a real football pub with many fans there before and after game. Simple but good menu. Staff geared up to be busy and worked their socks off. Buffet breakfast more than adequate. Location easy to find and park.

Just not expect too much from the surroundings nearby. Not sure if because the weekend, but there is not much around restaurants or so. Only a nice chain grocery market coupled with a bakery and a café, which is of course only open on Saturdays.

The breakfast is very basic, but passable for the price. There's a nearby Edeka supermarket, where you can buy a decent and inexpensive breakfast.

The location is excellent, if you visit one of the nearby companies.

I checked this hotel on this site the day before i booked, when i came to book the price had shot up by about forty euros.

I did not have breakfast. Position was very good for the Allianze arena for the football with the metro line a mere 100 metres across the road from the hotel. Staff where very good and polite. i will stay here again next time England play Germany. I have zero complaints. All good.

Very good location, U6-bahn station is only 3 minutes what is the best public trasport to travell into Allianz Arena or to downtown of Münich. Despite the busy traffic junction, it is a quiet neighborhood, nothing disturbed us at night. The beergarten of the hotel is fantastic. Traditional foods and beer!

There were no negative surprises

Appears to be a family-run hotel + restaurant, everyone was courteous both on the hotel and the restaurant side. Room was clean and bathroom was quite spacious. The hotel has a parking area at the back foe the customers. Good portion sizes at the restaurant, and what was served was like in the pictures. I'm giving it a 9 as everything was as expected.

The property is run by a family that cares for their guests. Such a friendly place. The restaurant / Bar is clean and friendly, as the Lobby Staff and Cleaning Crew, all friendly and helpful. I thank them greatly for a GREAT WEEK with them!!!

Breakfast was a big disappointment. I paid 9 EUR per person, 27 EUR total for three of us, for the breakfast, which consisted of some lunch meat, hard roles, and dried-up croissants. No veggies or fruit at all, and no boiled eggs.

Location and Biergarten are nice.
