Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It even had a balcony, which I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy. The owners of the hotel were very friendly. We appreciated the bus pass for the local buses to get to the castles. Everything was nice and cosy. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. It was organised so nicely with sweet and savoury in different sections. There was such a nice selection of treats. The hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the train station, it was easy to get to and so quiet of an evening. The owners were very kind to look after our suitcase after we checked out so we could do the famous bridge walk of Neuschwanstein and not have to carry a suitcase around with us. Thank you for a lovely stay! We wished we had more time in Füssen to explore

United KingdomThe hotel staff were wonderful and extremely helpful / knowledgeable of the area and what it has to offer. We stayed on new years eve and the hotel staff threw a party with free wine and beer for residents. Couldnt fault the breakfast or comfyness of the room! Me and the girlfriend normally stay in Swangau when we visit this part of the alps however we found Fussen has more atmosphere and character. After finding the gem which is hotel jakob we wont be staying anywhere else 10 out of 10.
