The only downside, and it's not a major one, is that it's in a rather sterile part of town, with a shopping mall, the hotel, and offices, but no fun cafes or sights to see, and very few people actually on the streets. So we just hopped on the metro stop to go elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice. Room was comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. It is located only a block away from a metro stop, so convenient for travel. There's a shopping mall next to the hotel so if you need any supplies, you can shop there. It's not in a very interesting part of town, so you do use the metro a lot.

Beautiful very modern business hotel at the border to the City Center. Very quiet rooms, all in white with innovative design and technology. Superb beds, nice big bathroom. Wonderful breakfast. The Staff is very friendlyx, helpful and motivated. Parking garage available (book in advance!). Easy travel into the city by nearby metro station. Big shopping center right nextdoor.

I didn't notice that there's a police station in front of the hotel. I usually sleep with window open (or 'auf Kipp' as we say in Germany 😄) … well, it was quite surprising to hear 3 cars with sirens in front of my window at 2 am in the morning 😄 Brilliant however: The windows, if closed, are very(!) sound proof. The Rooftop Bar isn't that big. It's not that easy to find a spot there. Quite unfortunate.

I had a very spacious room with a very nice shower - I love having a hot shower in the morning. Every story in the building has its unique color scheme - what a nice detail. The staff were very nice. If you want to discover Stuttgart from day to day, this hotel is the perfect starting spot. Not quite "in the middle" to be crowded, but still near enough to be inner city within minutes.

Music at dinnertime - reggaeton was not was I was expecting or liked, I felt like it didn't fit with anything. Hardwood floor in the room had small spots of heavy use/damage - repaired but looked a bit off; Sink could've been cleaned a bit better. Description - "city view" was a bit of a stretch since I could only see the big building across the small alley in between.

The parking garage is quite scaring. It is close to the hotel in a very lonely, wired, dark location.

"This hotel charmed us with its really cute style. Its location was convenient, just a short walk from the U-Bahn station. Although the bar was closed on Sunday, we were delighted to find beer available in the vending machine, which was awesome. The room we stayed in was not only comfortable but also quite spacious, and its cute decor added to the overall pleasant experience."

Pillows were so bad, weak, formless, that i barely slept and woke up with neck pain. All the fancy lights and artwork don't help when basics like this are wrong. If they got good new pillows I'd stay again

If it is not a weekend most of the hotel's services are not available. Parking is very expensive (same as in most of Stuttgart's hotels).

The incompetence of the reception staff, the first said that he did not find my name in the reservation, and the other said that she found my name, but only one room reserves. The only thing we didn't like was unfortunately kinda major, the room AC did not work on a hot night. We arrived late and were too tired to go complain about it and stay up for technicians to visit the room, so we just opened the windows and tried to sleep in a hot room. Was not comfortable.

The hotel staff was really friendly. Breakfast was good. We were given a corner room on a high floor which made it a good value for our rate, and it was a family-friendly hotel. Parking in a garage across the street was a fair price.

We have took our luggage up to the room , the queen bed were with 2 single duvets! , the cleaning persons didn’t clean the cups of tea until i put them in bathroom the other day , one of the rooms had a problem with bathroom flashing and the couldn’t fix , our room had a problem with the windows shade i had to put nylon cover to cover the sun when I told them they said they called the company to fix but they didn’t come to fix.

The room was really nice, modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Parking was full when we arrived as we didn’t reserve ahead of time but we were able to park at Milaneo mall for 25 EUR which is next door and very convenient.

People working at Jaz are very friendly and helpful - uncomplicated Check-in and parking lot directly opposite the hotel (for only EUR 20 which is more than fair). Love the breakfast buffet that offers a wide range of food. Shopping center next to the hotel and a very nice rooftop bar. Big and clean rooms.
