We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaOur check-in experience was horrible as it took so long for us to do the self-check-in. The front desk guy was very arrogant, and he was really reluctant to support us. The problem was since we had only Sri Lankan credit cards with us, we didn't have pin numbers to add into their card system. So even though we had fully paid for the hotel prior to our arrival, there was a tax charge which we had to pay before the check-in. So that delayed our check-in for about 30 mins and finally the front desk guy agreed to sort out our issue mentioning that the government tax is waived off for business travelers. So we had to fill a form to get the tax waive off. Also the other issue was they clean the rooms only once a week. We actually didn't know this prior to book the hotel.
We are happy with our overall experience at the hotel. The location was fantasist and there were so many restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was located in walking distance to the tram and the train station. There was a lady at the reception, and she was very friendly and supportive. But the guy who was working at the front desk was completely different and not supportive at all.

Appreciate they are serviced apartments but it wouldn't cost a lot and i paid an extraordinary amount which was due to the Anuga food expo being held in Cologne. I i hadn't paid so much then i would have given them an 8/9
Rooms were very modern and clean. A great space for one or two people and the bathroom was good. The suburb was a lively area with lots of great restaurants and bars and the people were friendly. The subway was really close and you could get to central cologne in 10 minutes from there. I like to run so explored on foot a few times and come across some nice parks and views not too far away

IndiaCleanliness could be better. There were silverfish which the staff said is 'common' instead of acknowledging. Later they did put some stuff to prevent but initial reaction was dismissive. The biggest problem - the check in kiosk malfunctions many times. Didn't work at check in and even once when I needed a new key. Had to call the staff both times to help out which took atleast 20-30 mins to resolve.

United KingdomUnless your out of apartment very early you are not getting your 1 clean of apartment in the 7 days there (they don’t give bank) Cleaner very loud chatting outside of door from 7:45am no regard for people on holiday resting. No sofa in our room as advertised on our confirmation Small double bed for two adults, no option to get a roll away bed or upgrade to room with bigger bed or sofa bed. All rooms have only one size bed and maybe this could be looked at as there is space for a wider bed. Our fault as we thought it would be manageable but on reflection we should of checked if there was other options.

GermanyCheck in process was a tad annoying, with the machine. It's nice that you don't need a person on staff for it and that you can check in whenever but it's lengthy typing in your info on the screen. Parking was a bit of a pain.
Location is amazing. Rooms are set up well, so that even though it's a small space, you don't notice it View was amazing. Elevators were fun to get used to

GermanyThere was definitely an issue with cleanliness. There was a dead fly under behind the curtain and some insects. I have a phobia of insects so that made for a very uncomfortable stay. The shower seemed clean but when I used it for the first time there was some leftover soap residue. I admit that I didn't check the amenities very closely but having the name "apartment" in the title, I assumed there would be some kitchen equipment or utensils. Finally, not a very important point, but there wasn't even a complimentary tea bag available.
The room is cozy with good light and nice space. All the basics were available.

GermanySadly many little things made it less enjoyable. The view was nice, yes, but as the weather got really hot, it’s necessary to open the windows and the neighborhood is really loud. I am a bit surprised that such a high standard hotel don’t have any air conditioning I wanted to watch TV to only realise that the battery inside the remote leaked, probably because it wasn’t used enough. So no TV The fridge was not even cold, even tho yes, Smeg does look cool. The shower structure was also broken. Just like a piece of the window fell as i opened it first time. All together, i expected more attention to details since the price for a night is quite high.
The bed was nice and the view from the window also.
