We had a lovely stay. Nice appartment and the location was great. I loved the paintings on the wall, it reminded me of Morocco ❤️

The cleaning could be improved and it’s a bit annoying that people can’t enter the lobby and wait for the check in code.

The location is pretty nice, most of the places are in a walking distance. It’s a perfect space for someone travel alone who wants to stay in a studio-like place.

The synthetic duvets were on the sweaty side. Because there's no reception, we had to use a luggage service.

Wonderfully quiet despite the central location, spacious apartment with everything necessary. Self check-in was easy. Clean and comfortable.

We needed to call several times to the service center for each request. There were not enough towels in the room. There were no sheets for the extra beds. Again we had to call to the service in Munich, that told us were to go and take it. When we asked not to interrupt while we are in the room, the service people still interrupt.

Very clean and easy access with self check-in. Location is also super convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. Would for sure stay here again next time to Düsseldorf

We stayed at first floor,which was near entrance parking and entrance, so had to keep window closed because of noice and cigarette smoke of people outside. Digital access made it convienant but also unpersonal. Sink in bathroom had musty smell and multiple silverfish crawled out. This was fixed later.

Everything I have zero complaints or anything bad to say about this accomondation. The room was clean , spacious, and pretty. The building as well. I had an issue checking in online , the website kept showing an error but customer support solved that for me in 2 minutes. All in all a great stay and very central.

Dealing with the upfront ID upload can be a bit of a hassle, and if you end up in one of the rooms in the back building, be prepared for a bit of a hike with all those stairs and elevators. Despite these tiny hiccups, it's still a cozy spot for a comfy stay.

Getting into this place is a breeze with the door code, and once you're settled, the beds are like sleeping on clouds. It's so quiet at night you'll sleep like a baby, and everything's clean and well-equipped, which is a big plus. Checking out is easy, and they even give you a sweet little welcome gift.

They're not children friendly they expect you to carry your own child bed, very annoying 🙄 because in this modern of age even in the Sahara desert it's normal that hotels have enough kids beds, because some people travel from abroad or by public transport and nobody wants to be running around with a child bed. Otherwise it's very nice hotel.

Location is perfect easy walk to main town centre, clean and modern rooms very quiet so many eating and drinking places around. 10mins to 15mins walk to the main street of Königsalle the Düsseldorf posh street.

The room was in a great location with a parking garage next door. The room was spacious and comfortable!

During our 3days stays, nobody ask or clean our room .

Room was cozy with cafe machine and small refrigerator. It’s 10mins walk from Altstadt and 20mins from Bahnhof. It has small gym which was good for daily warmup. We didn’t see staff much but check in process was easy

Main issue was there was not an opportunity to leave luggage before and after checkin. We couldn’t find any place in the luggage storage units the hotel recommended and had a hard time traveling with suitcases. The self checkin was problem free however because there is no security or hotel staff we saw other people coming in and out. The last thing is there was no hotel slippers, sounds like a small thing but effected our stay very much

We enjoyed the location, it was very central and close to both Hbf and touristic locations. Check-in and Check-out was easy. It was clean and the kitchen equipments were usefull.
