Location: As it is next to the railway, the noise can be constantly heard Bedding: The mattress is too hard, and the pillow can not support the neck at all Bathroom: Shower gel = shampoo = hand wash, quite bad quality

Check in is 4pm!!! I even saw the receptionist tell some ppl that the room wasn’t ready at 4pm! This is completely unreasonable. We woke up in Dublin at 3am to catch a 6am flight to Frankfurt. We went for breakfast upon arriving in Frankfurt and walked around to kill time. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm (extremely tired) but our rooms weren’t ready. The reception area was full of people waiting for their room. We left our bags there and went into the town. We finally checked in at 7pm. Very very tired. I would not return to this hotel because of this reason. It’s just too late to check in.

Tip: you need to hit the Set button for the temperature adjustment to register (we're not used any more to Save buttons). Not having noticed this, in conjunction with the partially synethetic blanket made the bed uncomfortably warm in the night. The pillow was way too soft. The IT system of the hotel could not automatically match the booking reservation. The cleaning lady opened the room twice the next day, thinking it was empty.

Excellent design and comfortable lobby (you might need it with a check in at 4:00). Excellent breakfast: all the things you expect from the location (the sweet and sour fish a discovery!). The location is calm and conveniently close to the Elbphilarmonie.

Very nice hotel, but no food, no roomservice and minibar empty. So not very bussines really when you come hungry.in the middle.of.the night.

Although the subway station is in the hotel, there is practically no restaurant or bar in walking distance of the hotel. You have to take the subway for everything. This is not the hotel's fault, but something to consider. The TV, although modern, has two failings - you can't google cast to them, and the HDMI port is inaccessible. The rooms are advertised as "with view" but they overlook an island with a parking lot, or an industrial lot and a train line.

Great service - breakfast, reception, lobby bar. Breakfast is good - regular hotel breakfast, but everything is tasty. The U-bahn station is practically in the hotel, which is great. The WIFI is one of the best hotel wifis I've seen -fast, free, and no conditions. The TVs in the rooms are nice. At least our room had separate toilet and bathroom, which was a first for me in a hotel.

Location was okay with bikes, but looking back it would have been nice to be a bit closer to the city centre, since we were only there for a short while. The staff was friendly, but one of the two didn't speak English very wel and the other had just started the job, it seemed. So sometimes it took a while to explain things.

Breakfast was nice and extensive. Rooms and facilities were as expected, nice, clean and spacious. We were happy to be able to charge our electric car in the underground parking and to be able to rent bikes to explore the city.

the U-bahn is directly outside the hotel, which is convenient. The lobby, playgrounds, and breakfast are all fantastic. Our end-of-hall room was quiet and clean. I loved being able to rent kids bikes right at the hotel.

Very comfortable beds and quiet environment. Nice and simple room with a kettle and courtesy cold and hot drinks. The bathroom is separated from the toilets. Nice view upon the river

For a new hotel I would expect USB charging points but that is just minor details.

Hotel is new with modern facilities. Very close to the City centre. Comfortable all round.

the dinner at the restaurant could have been more varied and I think was a bit pricey for the choice.

rooms were large, comfy and quiet and facilities were lovely - the kids play area allowed me to relax with a coffee whilst my son was playing happily and making new friends :-)

Breakfast chaotic. One coffee machine for everybody placed a long way from main buffet breakfast. Breakfast items not replenished. No food available in hotel after breakfast until evening meal at 6pm. Was unable to find any food shops locally

We were on the side of the building facing the railway and so having the window open at night could be a bit disturbing for some clients although the air conditioning would have been a good alternative and was, itself, very effective - but we like the fresh air and so the train noise was a little disturbing but not deal breakingly so by any means.

The location is very good if you like to walk (which we do) but the U Bahn was literally within the hotel precinct and so movement around the city was very easy, the rooms were large and very clean and functional, the car parking was easy (but not cheap) and the breakfast was absolutely magnificent with plenty of everything you could possibly want to eat and very well presented.

I would have like dinner in the hotel but they only serve on a buffet type and not a la carte. Thats good when having children as they tend to be ever hungry, If you are a little bit more settled a soup and a salad would be enough.

Breakfast was fine. Location was great for sight seeing as bus nummer 111 and U 4 are next to the hotel. The rooms are quite spacy, It was nice to come back from the theater and find a still open bar in the lobby
