The location is not the best. It's a quiet and beautiful zone but it's too far away of everything. I spent a lot of time on transportation.

Although the facilities were clean, there was a slightly unpleasant odour in the bathrooms and showers. Also the room I stayed in was quite warm since it was on the top (4th) floor.

The accommodation was very affordable for Berlin and the location was good - easily accessible by public transit. The breakfast was pretty tasty as well.

Rooms small and outdated. Shared toilet and bathroom doors and ceiling was extremely low. Difficult to move around as a tall person. Breakfast was ok.

The position is not very well connected to the public transports, so you have to walk a bit to reach the nearest train or metro. The distance is not that great so it can still be a good solution. The wi-fi could allow just one device being connected to it.

The room was cozy and with a nice view. It could get a bit hot but there was a table-top fan available to use. The restrooms and showers were always clean. The breakfast was included for me, but I believe it was worth the 15 euros if I had to pay for it.

superb property, nice staff, excellent breakfast. a peaceful place, full of beauty, greenery and coolness...except for the rooms themselves (it was particularly hot in Berlin). Rooms with a super minimalist design, where everything finds its place. Perfect cleanliness. Very friendly staff. We'll be back!

Bit of a strange smell in the corridor/room. No kitchen facilities for guests, or at least free drinking water, I was told to drink from the toilet taps.

Nice English-style manor with tranquil greenery and surrounding, peaceful; I had the best sleep in a long time. Staff was nice on arrival, even welcomed me to Germany which suprised me, in contrast to my previous experiences in Germany.

The room was very basic and on the top floor and we had to mske/strip our beds. It was a 20-40 metre (M/F) walk to the toilets and showers.

The breakfast was what made the stay a more positive one. The toilets and showers were very clean. Whole place was clean. Staff very helpful.

I wasn't prepared to having a thin mattress and that I had to make the bed on my own, breakfast was served in a crowded room on a crowded buffet, which made it not a real pleasure to be there

The check-in was really easy and friendly, the rooms and facilities are cleaned regularly and thoroughly, the atmosphere in the building and the surrounding garden is special in a positive way ;)

A little bit of a trek from the centre of Berlin but was a lovely suburban and green location.

Lovely location with beautiful beer garden. Excellent value for money. Pizza from the beer garden were delicious. Very clean bathrooms. A basic kitchen to microwave food.
