Nothing to dislike

Breakfast was very good and some of the best scrambled eggs I've had in a long time. Coffee facilities were replenished daily and more if asked for.

Great location, only 5 min walk from metro, bed comfy, breakfast was better than expected, some problems with my payment method but the reception found a quick solution. Everybody friendly and the hotel was clean! Would definitely stay there again!

I missed more cleanliness in the room that caused the incident. However, the staff reacted very well, solved the problem and compensated for the inconvenience. Overall, the hotel is good, but the standard needs to be improved, as the quality was better before.

Very close to station, easy to access everything, even though it was near the train station. Didn’t really keep me awake.

Cleaning was horrible or it’s better to say, there was no cleaning, first day they didn’t come at all, second day, bed was done but even trash left in the room. Breakfast is really sad and personal at the breakfast don’t refill nothing. Very near to the train line, so loud and can be a problem to sleep.

Location was perfect, nearby was a metro station, you can access to one of the Berlin city shopping centers. beautiful restaurants, also walking to the zoo was possible.

Noisy ventilation/air conditioning that cannot be adjusted/stopped by the customer. Room lighting level could be higher.

Very Comfortable room, nice city view with 3 big windows (corner room). Very comfortable bed, big TV. Nice equipment for coffee. Very comfortable bathroom. Very nice location, 3 min walking to S train station and a lot of options for restaurants cafes and bars. Very nice and tasty breakfast with very large variety of products! Last but not least, personel was really helpful and nice!

I arrived to Berlin one day earlier than planned but the short notice price of the room would have been double so stayed elsewhere.

Comfortable room, chic, comfy bed, lovely bathroom, excellent noise insulation, excellent location, friendly staff. I already recommended,and will, to friends and gladly return myself.

Shower drain was clogged but they dealt with it when I asked them to. Breakfast is on.

Because it's so close to the train line I did occasionally wake in the night from the noise of the trains going past which could be a slight issue for light sleepers staying. However I think it's worth that for all the other excellent qualities that the hotel has and the fact that being so close to the train line makes travel so easy.

Lovely area and great location for the S-bahn. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. The dining area for breakfast was beautiful and the food was great too! All in all it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again :)

Although, I wasn't in my room much, there was only a few TV stations working..Not a complaint, just an FYI.

Location was everything for me... You didn't hear the train from Savignyplatz Station... Front desk staff (ladies) were pleasant and friendly... I also enjoyed the bar area, and the ability to order food to take to my room.. All of this great service, during New Years celebrations...

Noise from railway line if you get a "city view". I would recommend asking to be on the other side
