Really, I liked most everything. They really need to upgrade the TV. It couldn’t connect to the internet for outside programs like Netflix requiring connection for screen mirroring as an example.

Location! Our daughter and family moved to Berlin a block away.

Quite impressive smoking smell in the room. Price too high for this kind of service. The room was not perfectly clean: the carpet was not completly clean.

The is Hotel is quite well located in Mitte Berlin. I use to live in Berlin and I know preatty well this neighborhood. Breakfast is quite ok but not excellent.

We were hoping to park in the hotel parking lot, but from what I understand, there are few or no seats, and the nearest parking is 10 minutes by walk. Also, we left our items in the room, but the staff said they couldn't find anything, which is weird. The room size is very uncomfortable.

It is a good location, with a lot of cozy restaurants around.

Very high cost/quality ratio. Brilliant breakfast. Very calm. Ideally situated. You feel very welcome in the place. We'd definitely be back in the place !

The breakfast was probably the only slight disappointment in that it remained very similar in choice during the 5 days we were there, but I have to say that what was available was very nice.

The location was excellent as a base for us to travel out from, close to the U-Bahn station. The area was a lovely, cool area to wander around in with a superb Restaurant a few doors down (Lemon Grass Scent). The room was smaller than we expected for 3 persons but it was cute and we faced the back garden which was lovely. Breakfast was a little limited and disappointing considering what we paid for the room, but it was fresh and very edible. We loved the bar at night as it sold superb local craft beer "Berliner Jungs" and it was nice to relax there. The garden for breakfast was beautiful. I can imagine that it is superb during the Summer sitting outside of an evening.

Would have liked teabags rather than loose tea for making a mug of tea in the morning (yes, I am a Brit)!

A plesantly quirky and individual hotel that made a change from bland chain hotels. It was near to Kollwitzstrasse, which is a cool neighbourhood to hang out in whilst also being handy for the u-bahn that takes you to Alexanderplatz and the center of Berlin. I also liked the hotel garden where it was nice to eat breakfast in the morning. Our room was not huge but was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately I was accidentally woken up by a cleaning person and the elevator was quite loud next to my room. But other than that I enjoyed the hotel.

Shower corners really needed a deep clean. Everything else in our room was spotless though.

Clever decor. Awesome breakfast. Terrific neighborhood. Comfy bed. Music boxes in the elevator. Great price.

No fridges No baths No safes TV wasn't smart and not connected to wifi only base German channels and one English news channel Little English spoken so difficult to communicate any issues

The bar and reception staff were very friendly. The housekeeping was very good with new towels whenever we wanted. The location was perfect. A little north of the hustle and bustle so nice and quiet but close enough to walk to some sites and tram/bus to the others. Loads of nice cafe/bistros within easy walk too. After long days site-seeing the beds were really comfortable, the shower hot, a cosy room and black out curtains all helped good nights sleep. The hotel was busy but we couldn’t hear other residents either. Great value for money too!

This is a perfect spot for cruisey travellers wanting to explore Berlin. It’s in a ideal spot, a short walk to cafes, bars and a real happening part of Berlin. We walked around other parts of the capital and we were stoked that we were staying where we were. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were very kind!!

The hotel was very cozy, with a very friendly experience. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was above the expectations. The location was close to Alexanderplatz and the clubs we wanted.

Interior of rooms a bit worn. One key for each room. The other key on key chain did not unlock floor access so we had to use elevator and couldn't access garden. We had issue with people above us coming in at 4:00 am and continuing their party. Two attempts by personnel to quiet them down at 5:30 am and 6:30 am were not successful. Only 1 of 3 personnel seemed to show concern for our lack of sleep which would suggest to me that noisy guests are not unusual. That being said, the next night there was no noise issue.

We asked for not cleaning the room but it was clean anyway. Not so bad but this is the only issue comes to my head
