I wish I had a washing machine in my apartment, apparently it’s only in the main apartments such as 2,4,6,8 and I thought I’ll have one because of the reviews and was disappointed because I actually needed a machine. The floor makes noise when you walk but that’s minor, not a big deal.

The place was spotless and clean. Organized and had everything inside that you might need. Quiet & good area with a lot of different stores. The owner & workers were very responsive. Loved my stay and would always book here when I return. I enjoyed the whole booking experience.

The room easily heats up. The two ventilators are a nice gesture yet, the noise level from the main street is pretty high, so opening the windows while sleeping is a no-go for me. The bed is very tight to the wall, so one person has trouble to get in/out unless you walk over the bed itself.

Good place to stay for several days in the center of the city. Everything important is in walking distance. Good equipped kitchen. Nice living/dining room.

The indicator on the water heater is misleading: it claims that the water is already hot while in reality it's not. It takes around 20 minutes to heat it

The noise from the club opposite the street and noise from the tram and car. You just need to close the windows to keep those noise down.

The place location is very well located, close to main train station and city bus/tram station. Walkable to restaurant and shopping street. Check-in and check-out is easy and went on smoothly.

There were few towels (but we asked the lady who cleans the apartments for more). There was no elevator, so it is not appropriate to people with mobility problems.

The apartment is very nice and spacious. It is very close to the city center and train station. Nearby there are restaurants, bakery and supermarket.

On the ground floor of the building there were fast-food restaurants, which caused a lot of noise even after midnight. Also, the area was frequented by homeless people, which made it a bit unsafe.

Check-in was quick and easy thanks to the information we received in advance from the owner. The apartment is equipped with coffee machine, fridge, microwave, stove (no oven). The temperature in the apartment could be increased as needed. In the vicinity of the apartment you could find restaurants, shops, pharmacies.

It was a bit loud during the weekends. Also one of the recommended Parking garages was closed on the Sunday and we could not get out to visit the zoo.

For the apartment itself, The hot water in the shower could have been warmer, actually quite a bit warmer. The apartment was quiet, however the street is narrow and closed in and invites many groups of drunk youth? walking home in the wee morning to want to yell at the top of there lungs to hear their echo while walking slowly down the street. But the worst was the upstairs neighbour who entertained many friends on both weekend nights till midnight. I think it was a furniture shoving sing-along birthday party they were having. The between floors are to thin for this and so there was no peace for us on any evening. (PS the cigarette butts outside are not ours)

The apartment was great. It was modern and spacious and had everything you needed to stay for a short while (stove, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso maker and even 2 TVs) It was a really comfortable and inviting place to be in. It was also SUPER clean. It's also located well. Not far from the train station or shopping areas, we could go everywhere by foot.

- There were two bed sheets missing so we had to use pillows etc. without any covers. The couch in the living room is hardly a sleeping place. Ok for rather not demanding travellers. - The balcony was huge but the view actually on other people’s roofs. - BUT ONE THING WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND RUINED OUR GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION. We were sitting on the balcony with a friend (so 5 people all together), drinking wine and having fun. Around 11 PM the owner just came into (!!!) the apartment and we saw him in the window. If I were only with girl friends I would be terrified. According to him we were doing a “party” what is forbidden. 1st of all: Just sitting by a glass of wine is not a party, just a way to spend some time with friends during holiday weekend. But even if we were too loud for him, he has no right to come into the place someone rent without having any conversation first. It is just totally unacceptable. He lied he is a neighbour and the door was open what is not possible as you cannot open this door from outside without having a key. He had my phone no. as I called him before, we did even whatsupp a day before so I believe there were enough ways of possible contact with me beside just entering the apartment and making us feel really uncomfortable.

The apartment is perfectly located, actually in the city centre. There is no parking places on the streets but a private parking nearby so there is no problem to find a spot to park. I guess everything in the apartment is pretty new, Ikea style so looks good and modern. Kitchen is fully equipped so you may prepare some meals without any problems. It is spacious and - in general - enough room for 4 people. We were allowed to check-in earlier without any additional fee.
