Pretty far out of town, parking was very expensive on site, especially when it wasn’t within walking distance of the city centre

At check-in i tried to reserve the sushi restaurant, but i was scoffed at, and told give me your number and if you get in we will call. I felt like i was at an audition...jooking aside, i know its busy but there is a nicer way to put it. I also ordered room service for lunch. The prices are very high (ended up being €40 for a buger and chips and a coke zero), but you can sort of make your piece that its room service. however the issue was that i was told it would be 10-15 minutes, and after 35 minutes i called down and was told it was on its way. It arrived cold and the burger was soggy (yet actually still tasty), but for €40 you would hope it would still be fresh. Only minor issues, but wanted to share. Wouldnt put me off staying again

Interior design is not for everyone. Intense red & black colors do not create relaxing atmosphere. I don’t like the windows to the inner yard.

The bar chairs inside the room were not stable at all. The hotel needs to check the furniture, lights, and mirrors since our room also had a broken mirror. Parking was expensive.

Big rooms, sauna, outdoor heated swimming pool, and good options for eating. It's a luxury hotel. Their choice of handwash, shampoo and shower gel is good. Good quality of the bed and pillows. Free use of the crib was a plus. The view of the river from the room and also from the outdoor pool was fantastic.

Noisy vents in the rooms, understaffed reception to check out in the morning, with a rather long line of guests waiting.... A little too long for a hotel like this.

The breakfast time was a competition, reminiscent of 'The Hunger Games'; you had to be fast if you wanted a decent meal. The lines were long, just to serve yogurt and fruits. We had to wait a while for eggs due to a kitchen electrical failure. Meanwhile, the croissant tray was under attack, and we managed to grab only two pieces of bread. The coffee machine was also broken and created a queue. Definitely, too much stress for the first meal on a Saturday. We stayed from Friday to Saturday I can not imagine on a Sunday.

The Hotel has a very eclectic decoration and a modern one with an excellent bar with DJ. The beds and pillows are beyond comfortable. Temperature control was perfect when we arrived and maybe too warm to sleep. The bathroom decor was stunning, and the toiletry from Occitane very good quality. The room was very spacious, the hotel was near top restaurants. The staff were very nice and kind. Is a pet-friendly hotel but hence you are going to be charged €35 extra for a bed (in our dog's case it did not need and a bowl, also not needed).

I personally do not like the modern multi-functional light switches where you have several lamps (5 or so) on a single switch. Especially during night light conditions you are struggeling to find the right lamp, e.g. for the bath room: You allways are switching different lighting in the room on and off again (trial an error)

I like the modern furnishing and appearance of the hotel an the rooms. The hotel is very spacy and one has a good feeling of individiduality. The breakfast buffet was good.

There was a bit of mold around the handle of the bath tub, generally the bathtub/shower felt like it had not been cleaned very well.

It was very pompously decorated, the rooms are quite big and mine was equipped with a shower and a bath tub. The bed was also very comfortable! Breakfast was also a nice addition with a big variety of choices and a nice fresh fruit salad.

Parking payment options are not in English, you have to do some research before getting into this. I like to have my room (AC) on the colder side, AC doesn’t go below 17°C.

Breakfast was served early, eggs where cold 3 out of 4 times. Breakfast variation is not that different from other hotels I have stayed at. Parking is somewhat expensive if you park underground, €25 per day (full 24hr). Almost all wireless transactions to pay for your parking ticket requires a GiroPay account which doesn’t collaborate with every bank. You can let the payment for parking be deducted from your own credit card upon check out. It is somewhat remote, but Public transportation is nearby. Going for a stroll beside the river is an added bonus

Rate of room was double or triple the normal rate Hotel was not flexible on offering late checkout. The receptionist offered one hour at a cost of 25 Euros! That was on Saturday, usually we received discounts on Saturdays and Sundays Hotel is a bit away from shops, restaurants, etc..

The only problem was we booked with Booking.com and got an excellent deal. We did not realise how expensive the hotel was until we had breakfast which was a fresh contentenal breakfast. The price was €64 for the two continental breakfasts.

Fabulous place to stay. Could'nt find fault with anything.
