The staff were exceptionally kind and made check-in easy. They made us fell welcome and took a bit of extra time to chat with us about the area. Our view over the river was delightful!

Everything is amazing but you are staying in the city centre and above cafés so a bit noisy!

The absolute sweetest lady in charge of our check-in and breakfast! My little 8 year old niece loved her! And spotless clean!! Comfy bed and great shower.

It was hot when we visited, so had to keep the windows open. It was very noisy outside. Thanks to the host for supplying ear plugs.

we found the price a bit steep, although we had a very good stay.

we liked the location, staff welcoming and the refurbished room much. Despite it being Friday night with nice weather the terrasses emptied before midnight, so there was not too much noise. and if that would happen, earplugs were provided 🙂.

door locks and the fact that the hotel doesn’t have a lobby- that was disconcerting. Not sure who staff was for hotel though folks in restaurant/bar helped me when I needed assistance.

The only negative was the learning curve on the unique door locks. It took us a day to get used to them. They are the only reason I did not give a 10. Tip, if knob on the right side of door turn counter clockwise. If on the left, clockwise. Seems easy, but I found if I turned the wrong direction it was hard to reset. Maybe others are used to these, but we were not. Once you get it, it's easy.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, especially the shower. The coffee machine in the hallway was wonderful. We stayed during the week on the third floor so we could hear some street noise but never enough to bother us. Tip, make sure the windows are completely closed. One day we thought it was closed but it wasn't and we heard more noise. Good overall stay and nice staff. Location was excellent.

Apartmant is situated in the traditional building, newly renovated to high standarts. Location is simply the best. Directly on the Weser Promenade, all points of interest withing walking distance. Nice restaurant downstairs which offers 10% discount for guests. Many welcoming restaurants, pubs and beer gardens around. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the cafe nearby with 20% discount. Coffee and tea are provided by accomodation, which we really enjoyed after intesive sightseeing. We stayed during the week so no noise at night, beds were quite comfortable. Staff was very fiendly and supportive.

This could be that I didn’t do enough research, of where the hotel was located, but there was a lot of bars and restaurants open late at night. The noise disturbed our sleep, but we have been provided with ear plugs, for obvious reasons. Unless this is something that doesn’t bother you, then this is a great location.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming ensuring you have everything you need for you stay. Great location, which lots of bars and restaurants close by. we also paid for a river view and it was definitely worth it at night, it was very pretty. Walking distance to all main attractions or access to public transport. It is around a 20 minute walk away from the train station, or you could use public transport or a taxi (around 10€).

As many other travellers have already written, it can be a bit noisy and especially at night it can be annoying. I stayed on working days and it was the end of October so the bars below the hotel were not crowded, but the few that were there I could hear conversing just as well as the tram passing nearby. I don't want to imagine the noise during the summer or at weekends! Nicely, earplugs are provided, but I would suggest investing in good windows and soundproofing the rooms - you can even hear people in the corridor or in adjacent rooms.

One of the 2 nights that I stayed there was a disco going. This is not a quiet area.

Very good location, excellent attention to detail in the room. Friendly welcome. Best: free tea and coffee and drinking water! This is very rare in Germany in my experience!
