Perhaps room size and lack of elevators are the only drawbacks. Couldn't find electrical wall sockets easily in the room. But its not a fair criticism since this is not something they promised to provide. They delivered on everything they promised

Friendly staff, clean facilities, good location close to train and tram stops and a shopping mall in Düsseldorf Bilk. There is a pantry equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc for common use. Would recommend the hotel to anyone unless they require a large room or room service

there were two single beds in the room. they are quite small :) But still were ok. TV was not working, or there was no special instruction how to turn it on.

It looks like the hotel no longer serves breakfast, having turned the dining room into a lounge The hotel was a bit far from the train station The hotel was definitely unrefurbished (there was dust on the windowsill, some tiles in the bathroom were broken, there were spiderwebs in hard-to-reach places) No elevator could be a problem for some

Getting a complimentary ticket for public transport was very nice and it saved me money The room was spacious The lounge was nice

Very noisy, you can hear everything that neighbours do and they are not asked to keep quiet at night. Toilet paper was missing at some point and I had to ask, and cushion was super uncomfortable

The inside of the building was being painted, thats why it smelled so bad. It was hard to carry our stuff without touching the painted areas.

My first time seeing lots of "Silberfischchen" in a hotel

Late Check in is simple thanks to code sent from the hotel. Calm and nice place. Not far from train stop.

The shower can be more clean. But every thing else was just perfect. I recomend this hotel and i will be back there when i visit Düsseldorf.

The room is soooo comfy and clean. They offer me baby bed also. The check in process was great... the receptionist was very friendly. Every thing was great accept the shower, it can be cleaner.

Everything was great.

Location of the hotel is great, you have bakery, train station and restaurants close to the hotel and the city center is relatively close. Rooms are clean, comfortable, staff is polite.

The bed wasn’t so comfortable and the pillows were very thin.

Particularly the bathroom seemed quite dated; shower screens wouldn't close properly; shower gel bottle and heating controller seemed quite dirty (would not have felt comfortable using shower gel provided for that reason); towel bar on left of sink fell off as soon as I put the towel on; overall an okay stay but quite expensive for what you get (paid 235€ for two nights, single occupancy double room - single wasn't available), so would probably not stay there again.

The location to public transport links was really good; room was quite clean and big enough to feel comfortable; good communication with hotel; was able to check in an hour early.

There was no light next to the bed, so I couldn't read. It could do with a bit of updating cupboard and bedframe. And there is no elevator.

Great location. easy to reach. Green area. Bakeries close by. Clean good bathroom and towels. Good sized room. Sometimes reception available There was a shared room for drinks and snacks, though hardly used. All wonderful.

Just an FYI the bed is quite small (single). I am 164cm tall and my feet are very close to the edge, so i would imagine someone much taller may find it a bit of a squeeze

Location is great as the tram is right around the corner which i mostly took. Grocery stores also closeby as well. Room is spacious and bathroom great. Staff really great as well and great to chat to. Ended up chatting to one of the staff about football which was nice

Online photos showed a kettle and coffee and tea in the room but there was none in the actual room. The floor under the bed had not been cleaned in a long time. The cables on the TV are too short to adjust the bracket so I couldn't comfortably watch TV from the bed.

The hotel allowed me to check in early, which was great. The room was quite spacious.

This is probably a bad idea to go for a romantic trip with a partner who has high expectations.

This is a good, cheap option. I would recommend this for a solo traveller who doesn’t need a fancy room, but just a place to sleep. Everything was clean, but of course rooms are very small and service is bare bones.
