Very bad internet. No signal in our room. No ramp, or elevator for suitcases. One mattress had a dent.

Location. All touristic attractions are within 15 minutes walk. Staff is very friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

Nice people in reception - very helpful. No noise from Street. Good beds. Just know it is nearby ReperBahn - a party Street and a lot more. I did not knew and went there because Christmas markeds nearby - they where not for kids 🙈

The private toiled unfortunately was outside the room with all pros and cons (I was aware of it when booked). We had to take the key along with us or put something to keep the door of our room open as it wasn't possible to open it from outside without key. I would suggest to put an handle to sort this issue out. Also, noise coming from corridor and the above room (obviously it depends from the guests who are in) but slamming doors was quite annoying. I suggest to put a ribbon between the door and frame.

The venue is located in a nice area perfect for night life, just less than 30 mins walk by from the city centre. Tube just a few mins away. As well as supermarket, restaurants and bars. Area quite safe as the police station is opposite the hotel. Staff very polite. Nice atmosphere when you enter the hotel and cozy room.

Value for money is, I suppose, relative. I chose this hotel because it offered the best price on the site for the area in which I wanted to stay; prices are quite high in the St Paulie district due to demand. However, I've had much better value for similar hotels in other cities - and the breakfast selection was a little limited for the price. The stairs to the rooms are also a little challenging - being steep, winding, and shallow. This may not be the place for you if you have mobility issues.

Located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from Reeperbahn and a short walk from St Paulie U-Bahn station. Convenient for gigs in Nochtspeicher, which was the purpose of my stay. Comfortable room with a queen sized bed. Amiable reception staff with good English language skill.

The walls are a bit thin - I could hear my neighbors having "fun" on their bed all night. Although it can be considered a plus. I wouldn't mind some toothpaste, although it's not critical.

Convenient location, the prostitutes are just around the corner. Huge comfortable bed, nice interior, good shower, and friendly staff. Overall, great value for money.

Accommodated me showing up earlier than I said I would. A perfect location if you want to experience Reeperbahn but still quiet and safe. The room was clean, bed comfortable and shower was great.

I didn't like that you should open the main door to the hotel with regular key. It is inconvenient.

That the rooms didn't have fridge or even a water boiler, so if you want to drink or have something stored it's not possible.

The room was looking a bit rough. As many other people wrote, you can hear and FEEL when the tram drives near by. So it was very hard to sleep. If you value your sleep maybe go somewhere else
