The location is with access to main road , in nature , the room was clean and spacious , same the bathroom. Breakfast was good and fresh.

We are completely disappointed with this hotel. I don't understand why I paid 95€ per night!? A room like when we were students in the 1970s: sordid and minimalist. No possibility to have breakfast. In the room there is a kind of cupboard as a kitchenette, but which can be opened in exchange for €50. The elevator is scary, but there is a poster on the door that says that despite this appearance "it has a soul". An unpleasant smell in the room and in 3 days no one even picked up the trash. And last but not least, the hotel's reception is open only between 8-13. The hotel is only suitable for companies that hire workers in the area and has a contract with them I guess. Avoid this hotel!

Location is very far away from Stuttgart city. Nothing is available in room i.e., Coffee kettle, bath towels were not sufficient, room was not cleaned daily.

The bathroom is a bit outdated, however still fully functional. I really disliked that I was offered 20 EUR reimbursement for giving them exceptional (10) score in this review which the property does not deserve. Seriously?

The room is OK, but nothing extraordinary. The bed was comfortable.

Greeted by an overly full parking lot, no human contact at check in and cabbage smell throughout the Hotel as people cooking in their rooms. Rooms tired and unloved.

Hotel was the only one near where I had to be the next morning.

The contactless check in worked for us but it seemed odd to still get an old-style key with a huge aluminium key ring just like in the 1980´s. When making the reservation this did not seem like an issue but next time I will make sure to reserve a hotel with a 24/7 staffed reception. The bathroom was in need of renovation. Breakfast was acceptable but overpriced.

The location suited our needs as it was in walking distance from our destination. The room had a balcony with a nice view.

FLYING ROACHES… Was not a fan of the Flying roaches, or the endless amounts of other insect and in the room. They continuously ignored me about the roaches even after showing them pictures. Be aware that before you arrive you need to buy, an iron, ironing board, mop, floor and bathroom cleaners, sponges, scrubbers, dish towels & whatever order cleaning supplies. VERY FILTHY my room was only cleaned ONE TIME through my entire month of staying here. Yet they charged me cleaning fees. Booking.com would not allow a refund to move to a different place and I haven’t got money to be loose or throw away like that. They’ve even gone inside of my room while I was away for no good intentions as they didn’t clean when they’d gone in. (Guess they aren’t aware of the capabilities of modern technology). 10€ To wash and dry a single small load of clothes in their laundry facility there. The cigarette smoke. None smokers shouldn’t have to be forced to endure the smell of cigarettes smoke while eating or sleeping. This room was extremely hot, I had to buy a fan which still didn’t help. Very far from everything 20min walk to extreme high temperatures and heatwaves during June/July. I was not made aware of construction during the booking nor did anyone say anything once I arrived. After traveling without sleep for more than 50 hours. I feel asleep immediately in the room and was awakened to men on my balcony smoking. Which was extremely frightening and traumatising. As my balcony door was wide open and I hadn’t any clothing on while sleeping because it was so hot. No they do not speak any English whatsoever. Ensure that you arrive with a translator device or have or one on your phone.
