The whole staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The structure has everything you may need, everything was amazing. The piano in the living room, the artistic atmosphere in every room, bathrooms very clean and a handy kitchen. If I stop again in Berlin, that'll be my place! Highly recommended!

I really surprised to find this place. This is an ideal place in terms of price/quality ratio. Clean bed linen and towels. Personal purpose safety locker!!! Living room and the shower room were clean. The staff were very polite and friendly and also the travelers were very polite guys. There is always a well-equipped kitchen, and a coffee machine. Also you guys can drink a tea for free!!! Nice lobby. Thank you guys for accommodating me!!!

The other guests in the common room were so loud that we could hear it loudly in our girls room. Please emphasize to guests about the noise traveling through the house and silence after given time in the rules

The staff was really nice. I arrived early and they agreed to show us my room. The rooms were nicely decorated, there was gendered and non gendered bathroom. Everything was clean, the bed was a dream and the pillows too. They had toothpaste, menstrual products in the women's bathroom, free of charge. They also agreed to let me leave my stuff after check-out, so that I could explore the city without it.

I liked everything.

There are many considerate and thoughtful things this accommodation provided their guests with: hygienic equipment like cotton swabs and pads, heat bottles, free tea, chargers in the common area. I really like it when owners pay attention to all the details and find that important their guests having a fantastic time. Decoration was very elaborated, I liked the bamboos all around, and the design of the rooms was perfect. Rooms were named after the style of the room: ours name was sleeping car, and it looked exactly like a train sleeping car. Close to transportation (tram, train, metro), entertainment facilities, shopping mall, concert halls.

A great hostel: really neat, clean and comfortable. 3 minutes from a U Bahn, S Bahn station, a tram and a bus stop. 5 minutes to a large mall. In a nutshell, I can highly recommend it.

The kitchen was clean, but really small, from the pictures I imagined it much bigger. No stove apart from one portable one. Thus it makes it rather complicated to cook for more than 2 people, yet there are many travelers staying there.

Really clean, quiet place, nice and welcoming personnel. Short walk away from S-bahn and U-bahn stations. We loved the kettle/tea/sugar in the room. Tidy and comfy bathroom.

Not much to complain though. Well… if I need to choose one to say is that female shower room was not designed to lock, which made me kinda insecure. But I tended to get used to it in the end.

It’s the most chill hostel I have ever stayed. If I visit to Berlin again, Kiez will be my first option for accommodation.

I couldn't have expected a better stay in Berlin! I traveled alone, stayed in the girls only room where I met wonderful people. The impeccable cleanliness, the friendly guys who work there, the optimal location both for reaching the most tourist center and for enjoying the nightlife and typical Berlin clubbing have definitely made this place the best place I could have expected to have a base as a solo traveler . The station is less than ten minutes away and the various trams make getting around super easy. There are numerous places where you can eat between €5 and €15 in the surrounding area. Berghain literally 4 minutes away for the bravest. I entered and I assure you that it is worth it! Every time I return to Berlin, I will know where I can feel at home, in this hostel.

Honestly, the cleaning was abit excessive, and I was not alone in this view -some of the room mates also commented on how much and often they cleaned.

No breakfast included, but suited me fine as there are options to store ones own food. Also, a very calm environment, but very central.

It was cold at night in the shared room, but we made it work with the blankets and hot water pockets provided.

I loved this hostel so much. The rooms and the bathrooms were always so clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, I really recommend it. They even had the basic necessities for girls available in the bathroom. If you want to go out and have fun, the hostel is located near multiple pubs and clubs so it's great.

Not so much a negative- bathrooms are indeed shared with a curtain covering the showers, but throughout my stay, was undisturbed. Bring a waterproof bag to keep your items dry :)

Loved the vibe of the place, very welcoming- almost like you were coming into someone's home. The living spaces are open, so can be quite social.

Very good location. Close to lively areas but still located in a quiet street. Late and autonomous check-in was available. I could pick-up my keys alone at 11pm and leave early on the last day (can either let the keys on the reception desk or in the mailbox)
