The bathroom was a little bit old and we had no shower curtain. It seemed like they were about to renovated it but booked us into the room...

The room was newly renovated and definitely worth for the money. It took us about 40 minutes to get to the city center. But the location is in a lovely neighborhood.

Although I specifically messaged via Booking.com the hotel to temper my room before my arrival, unfortunately this did not happened, hence the first night was quite cold given that my room was situated at the second floor whereas underneath my room, at the first floor, was the corridor for the exit to the outside yard. Thus makes the floor of my room extremely cold, especially due to the low temperature outside those night (colder than -5degrees). Anyway, the hotel management reacted the next day to my report and the temperature of the room (not the bathroom though...) was better for the rest of my stay.

The hotel is situated very close to the area of the industrial facility I had to attend during my trip. The room was quiet, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent in terms of product quality and diversified offer available.

Only tiny little niggle was struggled to park in carpark when returning in evening. This was mostly due to how other guests parked. Maybe Mark the bays to make best use of space.

The woman who checked us in was very kind but didn't speak much English. The gentleman there another day wasn't very friendly. Staff is also only there part of the day, which made checking in difficult since we had a later flight.

Rooms were very clean and an adequate size. Hotel is a little dated, but charming. Neighborhood was very safe and walkable. Close to the subway and bus stop.

The room was clean, but not extremly clean; if you have very high hygienic standards, this could bother. Also personally, I think the furniture could be better chosen. The hotel is a nice old building, maybe old styled furniture could fit better than modern grey business look.

A nice little hotel in a quiet bus yet urban neighbourhood. Everything worked, Rooms were good and the receptionist was friendly. Also the traditional arquitecture gives the place a nice touch. Beds were clean, also the provided towels and glasses.

The car park could do with a bit more lighting. But that is a real nit picky point.

The location of the hotel is great for work south of the Elbe. The hotel is quiet and has comfortable beds. The breakfast is comprehensive and caters for those who do not eat meat or dairy.

A bit of improvement in the bathroom needed, it is clean but it flooded when you shower.

This is my second stay in Kleines and still happy with the place, I booked it in this site but unable to book the 2 nights when I arrived in the hotel they let me booked for another night and let me choose which room I wanted. The staff are very helpful even have a limited English but they try it so hard to explain things to you. The place is near the bus stop Bus 142 and near Heimfeld station with S Bahn.

The floor at the shower was a bit dirty. Also the walls were not soundproof. I would also recommend the rooms to be a bit warmer, especially at night.

Very beautiful small hotel, about half an hour away from the city center with the S Bahn. The room was very simple, the bed was comfortable and also the man in the reception was kind! Also very good wifi connection! Definitely recommend it for a short stay!
