We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineIt's not just a hotel in small city, rather a huge complex with restaurant, big parking. Very modern and recently built, electro charges for cars, smart doors, lights, etc. Nice place in general, breakfast is good, you can order an omelette or fried eggs for breakfast in addition to main buffet. Restaurant itself is not cheap if you want to have dinner in the evening

When travelling to Austria, we choose to stop at Klosterhof for one night. The hotel is situated in a very quiet village in a beautiful landscape! After arriving, we felt immediately welcome thanks to the friendly staff. Room, dinner and breakfast were all excellent! An experience to be repeated!

FranceWe had booked a room in the old part of the hotel but that didn’t matérialise. Instead we were given a room in the new wing, practical enough, but small and soulless, a sort of Ibis Plus, with small windows on the top floor. Main entrance to the hotel quite difficult to find, and the receptionist less than welcoming when we did make our way in. English is very limited here, and we don’t speak German. and thus lead to a misunderstanding at the dinner table…
Quality, functional bathroom, albeit small. Top quality breakfast.
