The panorama bathroom wall isn’t for everyone! I was a solo traveler but I could imagine it being difficult to use the bathroom at night when sharing a room because even with the panorama feature off a lot of light still gets through.

The staff were super helpful, especially Josephine! My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The cafe breakfast was also delicious.

They don't have a proper breakfast like other hotels. It is just sandwiches and coffee/tea. When booking on booking.com, even when it was just 7 days, it goes on their system as a long stay vacation so they only clean your room every 7th day but after calling them they fixed the problem.

Very clean and the rooms are very nice. It is like a premium hostel. Perfect location close to a metro station. Even though it was beside a major road, you wouldn't hear the traffic.

No work desk - standard in all rooms everywhere. I couldn’t work in the room and had to go down to the lobby to work. Very inconvenient!!!! No dresser or bureau - all our things were on the floor.

The room doesn’t have a table.

The lobby is spacious, equipped with sofas and armchairs. There are bathrooms and cozy cafe open in the breakfast time. The room is comfortable and clean. From the hotel, you can walk to the city center.

The only thing I would say is of the rooms had facilities for making a hot drink it would be perfect.

Breakfast is a little cafe in the lobby each morning. Perfect for morning coffee before heading out and about.

I think some of the the lightbulbs in the room need changing. I also had food delivered and couldn't find a fork in the building.

Great value and very charming style throughout the hotel. Convenient and streamlined check in and check out (although is all very modern and done through iPads, not real people). The cafe downstairs had good simple and cheap options for breakfast and coffee, served by a very nice lady working there.

Love it but got sick and it was hard not having reception staff at a front desk all the time, but the staff on the phone were great and tried to help me as much as they could and someone even brought me a kettle with a tea for nausea and water so I was very grateful ! :)

No contact person in case of questions. We had no toilet paper during the whole stay and nobody to ask for it. Similar scenario if you want anything to drink/eat, there are not even vending machines. The room was good, but could have been cleaner.

I wish there was a tea option in the room for non-coffee drinkers. The hotel offers a cleaning service every 2 days, but during our stay they only replaced the towels, made the bed and emptied the bins but not cleaned/vacuumed the floor.

The location was good. All the main spots were walking distance from the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy

We ran out of hand soap on day 2 of our stay and despite the room being cleaned, this was not replaced / topped up. We used the shower soap instead which wasn’t a big deal - just to let you know for next time

The hotel was near a very busy road.

We really loved the location. Old city was a 20 minute walk, so really feasible if you wanted to discover the city.

The cleaning is made one time in two days. So, you should use your towel twice. But, I do not know if we could ask for new towel or not. Also, they could put into the room some slippers for the guests.

Before we arrive to Clogne, the administration sent us the entering code and QR code to check-in. So, when we arrive the hotel, without any personel, with only computer we could make our check in. Our room was big and clear, the bed was so comfortable. Also, the shower was getting hot immediately, therefore we didn’t have to wait till the water is getting hot.
