The lack of a reception- of any person being there to help - and the very complicated sign-in process with one iPad only is a nightmare. Also the lack of any tea or coffee making facility. When I get up in the morning I’d like a coffee - I don’t want to have to leave the hotel to get one.

no tea and coffee making facilities in the smaller rooms and beds quite small but comfortable enough. an explanation in the room of the shared kitchen lounge and garden would have been beneficial as we didn’t work this out until day 2

It really is odd not seeing any staff at all during our stay.

Very convenient location for us visiting family in the area. Check-in made easy when doing it online beforehand and following the instructions given. Kitchen available so you can make your own drinks as no tea & coffee facilities in the room. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable! The bathroom is also spacious with a powerful shower. Lovely roof top terrace.

The signposting for the car park could have been better. I would have appreciated a kettle and mugs in the room to have some tea. The bathroom situation might not be ideal if there's more than one person as it is open although there is a separate WC.

The room was clean, modern, and was nicely decorated. It was very spacious. Easy check-in. I would be happy to stay there again. The soundproofing was good.

Check-in was very frustrating as you have to enter many passport details on a really slow touch screen. Check-in for 3 rooms cost around 40 minutes. Would be easier to set up front a link to enter your data behind PC or install a better responding touchscreen.

We had a bit of hiccup for logging in ourselve online from the checking box for my partner but doing quick call to support team we got help instantly

Room I had was by the main door in so could be loud. I'm a light sleeper so took a lot of getting used to.

Love the location out of town. Great local centre and range of trams to get you where you want to be

Missing Info : it was not told that the public carpark " Clouth104" should be used by Hotel guests. It should be stated that guests need to bring their ID cards, as such a card is necessary to be scanned to receive the door keys ( there is NO legal obligation in Germany to carry an ID Card with you all the time ).

- the check in is indeed cumbersome because there is not personnel so you have to check in via machine and type in your personal information and machine is slow.. give yourself extra 10 min for this - bathroom does not have a door, part of the concept vibe but maybe not for everyone

The air in the room was SUPER dry. Because it had an open bathroom, the de-humidifyer was on constantly and we couldnt find a way to turn it off. That resulted in a super SUPER dry air. My partner (who has asthma) could not breath comfortably and therefore sleeping was not comfortable at all.

Clean room, big. Felt luxurious when we arrived. Clear instructions opon arriving - we knew we wouldnt be able to leave luggage and they recommended us the lockers at HBF. Worked well!

There maybe a kettle, a wardrobe for clothes. That would be great a door for the bathroom.

Bed was comfortable. The property was quiet and a good choice for one night staying. Location was ok, you may reach to metro in 10 minutes by walking. There was no reception there, but the machine for check in was very easy to be used.

Only criticism would be the time consuming electronic check-in.

The hotel was in a modern building that seemed to be well maintained and built to very high environmental standards it was neither hot nor cold even during very cold weather when I visited (heat pumps maybe?). There is a small kitchen and a lounge. The bed was very comfortable and the room very spacious. A free reusable hand printed laundry bag to take with you was a great touch and even the toilet paper was chosen for its recycled properties.

Check-in takes quite some time, no service/ staff at the location, floor in the room was a bit dirty, no air co or temperature control, no staff so we couldn’t ask for an extra pillow Price/value during Christmas market is really bad

Room are big, location is ok not so far from public transport and nice bakery/supermarket/coffee around
