Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe lack of a reception- of any person being there to help - and the very complicated sign-in process with one iPad only is a nightmare. Also the lack of any tea or coffee making facility. When I get up in the morning I’d like a coffee - I don’t want to have to leave the hotel to get one.

United KingdomIt really is odd not seeing any staff at all during our stay.
Very convenient location for us visiting family in the area. Check-in made easy when doing it online beforehand and following the instructions given. Kitchen available so you can make your own drinks as no tea & coffee facilities in the room. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable! The bathroom is also spacious with a powerful shower. Lovely roof top terrace.

The room was clean, modern, and was nicely decorated. It was very spacious. Easy check-in. I would be happy to stay there again. The soundproofing was good.

It should be stated that guests need to bring their ID cards, as such a card is necessary to be scanned to receive the door keys ( there is NO legal obligation in Germany to carry an ID Card with you all the time ).

NetherlandsThe air in the room was SUPER dry. Because it had an open bathroom, the de-humidifyer was on constantly and we couldnt find a way to turn it off. That resulted in a super SUPER dry air. My partner (who has asthma) could not breath comfortably and therefore sleeping was not comfortable at all.
Clean room, big. Felt luxurious when we arrived. Clear instructions opon arriving - we knew we wouldnt be able to leave luggage and they recommended us the lockers at HBF. Worked well!

Bed was comfortable. The property was quiet and a good choice for one night staying. Location was ok, you may reach to metro in 10 minutes by walking. There was no reception there, but the machine for check in was very easy to be used.

The hotel was in a modern building that seemed to be well maintained and built to very high environmental standards it was neither hot nor cold even during very cold weather when I visited (heat pumps maybe?). There is a small kitchen and a lounge. The bed was very comfortable and the room very spacious. A free reusable hand printed laundry bag to take with you was a great touch and even the toilet paper was chosen for its recycled properties.
