Unfortunately there was no room cleaning in between of my stay. Yep, the room was clean enough from the beginning, but I'd like to have a room service too.

Comfort beds, hotel location and pleasant stay. It was nice holiday trip to recharge my akkus and refuel energy. There are nice restaurants around, parks and stores. The hotel is located right in the middle of this small town.

I found this hotel when Munich airport closed down due to the heavy snowfall in early Dec. In other words, it was an unplanned extended stay but nevertheless a pleasant experience thanks to this very nice hotel. I liked the modern room and bathroom, the comfortable bed, the breakfast buffet, as well as the friendly and helpful staff.

The weakest thing is the breakfast. The menu is basic and often something was missing and not replenished right away. There is nothing worse than cold scrambled eggs in the morning, which was unfortunately the case with the buffet.

The location is perfect.The hotel is located right in the center of Garching, just a few steps from the underground station and restaurants. The rooms in the main building are a bit worn but ok. Also, the parking in the garage is very handy when you arrive in your car.

The rooms were very, very nice. The breakfast and bar are wonderful. Service was outstanding. A stone's throw from the train and great restaurant options within walking distance. Not too far from the airport also, making it a great location for the day before or after travel.

No air conditioner - it was tough when the weather was 30+ degrees Celsius. They provided a table fan but it didn’t do much to combat the heat and humidity.

Location - right off of the U6 line Facilities - hotel functions as a semi cafe, you can sit outside and enjoy a drink Service - useful laundry service, and they also provided a kettle and an alarm clock when I requested them Staff were nice, see above Cleanliness - very clean room and bathroom

The room was comfortable. The room was a bit hot because it was on the top floor, but there was a fan. It is also on the expensive side, but it was really nice too. Originally I made 2 bookings, and one of them was somehow canceled. But the staff was kind enough to revive it, but because of some problems in communication I booked another hotel, and could not stay there longer. I appreciate the kind response of the staff.

The location was great. It was very close to train station, and we had an event at the Garching Forschungszentrum. There are also many restaurants, supermarket and a bakery. The staff is very nice and kind.

I arrived very early and the great staff were happy to let me into the room early which was really nice of them. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the hotel is very conveniently located in central Garching just a couple of minutes from the bus stop coming from the airport (about 35' travel total U-bahn and bus), and even closer to the U-bahn station to get to central Munich. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection to choose from and really excellent quality. I highly recommend !

I asked for a pair of slippers but they were not the best quality and I think they were for a long time ago so they were torn down the moment I wore them. There could be more towels in the bathroom

The staff was very friendly and responsive. I had a very late check-in but they answered the phone and helped me to find the key. It was a bit confusing because my room was at their other building than the one with the reception. So for those who arrive late, watch the video on the screen next to the key box carefully. The guide is very clearly shown :⁠-⁠) And the location is great. Just next to the subway... And by "next" I mean wall to wall!
