We turned in our keys before we left the property everyday. They didn’t ask for ID when we got them back. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. Upon leaving, the concierge had us sign our bill on top of a notebook because the pen wouldn’t work on the counter top. For identity safety, maybe they can change this because you never know.

There is a big construction site in front of the hotel which started at 4am. It’s ok with window closed and ear plugs and ofc the poor hotel can’t do anything about that.

Breakfast buffet at €17.50 was pricey for what was on offer. Coffee was good though.

Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Public areas also clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is handy for main railway station, but not so close that it is affected by crowds or bars or ‘shows’.

Centrally located in Munich only three blocks walk from old town Munich. The concierge was excellent! He was pleasant and went out of his way to be helpful.

The Kraft was nicely remodeled and very clean. Staff is incredibly friendly, and available. Not too far of a walk to Marienplatz or Karlsplatz. Sendlinger Tor was the nearest station, and there are nice restaurants and services there-slighty less touristy. North of the property on the same street is Schiller Brau, a delightful microbrew and restaurant.

The area between the hotel and Munich station is a little run-down and the streets are often quite dirty. Also seems to be many migrants hanging around in the streets which may make women traveling alone feel unsafe since most of these migrants appear to be men. This is not the fault of the hotel of course.

Clean & very quiet room with very friendly front desk staff. Hotel is close to Munich station and around a 25 minute walk to the old city centre. Great base for exploring Bavaria by train.

Very convenient and decent hotel, busy area nearby the train station but also quiet. Two steps from downtown. New renovated rooms, clean, comfortable and spacious. A good value. Attending staff also very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel Kraft is clean and super nice. I would like to thank the hotel managers, they are very kind and know every detail we wanted to clarify. In our room we found everything we needed: a kettle, tea and coffee amenities, a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel is located close both to the railway station and to the historic centre: you can easily reach Karlsplatz, Sendlinger Tor, Frauenkirche and so on. I would definitely recommend you to visit Pinakothek Museum, as it is also can be reached from the hotel and it has a great collection of arts. What is more, it will take you 5 mins to reach the nearest supermarkets with a good range of products, including local and original ones, for example Bier Käse :) To travel during the Christmas time was a brilliant idea, the city centre was beautifully decorated and the smell of mulled wine was in the air! To sum up, we had a wonderful time in this hotel. We hope that we will be able to come here more than once, and I definitely recommend this hotel.

There was a mix-up and we got a twin - instead of double room, but they pushed the beds together so all is well.

Close enough location to the altstadt - not perfect, mind you - you need some 15 minute walk. Parking is practical - there is parking on the streets around, or parking at the hotel parking lot. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Breakfast was rich enough, everything was clean, the room was spacious, since we had a stroller, a crib and beds for me and my wife.
