The Wi-Fi didn’t work hardly at all in our room. The fact we couldn’t buy water or anything to drink at hotel after 8 or 9 was the worst part.

The only issue is location. The location itself is nice but its a long way from Munich old town. 15 minute walk to the U Bahn and then 30 minute ride to the bars and restaurants. Apart from one nearby hotel there is no where to eat and drink and the food in that hotel is not the best. This hotel has no bar or restaurant. If you are happy to go 'down town' every evening (such as the Octoberfest) this is the hotel for you. If you want to eat and drink locally then it is not.

The room, staff and breakfast were excellent. I would recommend coming here. The staff and owners cannot do enough for you.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Munich, ideal for families. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast area are extremely friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, I received a wealth of tips about Munich and detailed instructions on how to get to the city center. The subway is conveniently a 10-minute walk away and runs directly to the city center every 15 minutes. On a rainy day, we took the car to the subway station and were able to park it there for free all day. I had booked an Executive Suite. The room featured a very spacious balcony, and I was particularly impressed by the inclusion of a Dusch-WC (Taharet), a feature found in only a few hotels in Germany. The parking fee is only 7€ per night, which is incredibly reasonable given Munich's parking fees. The breakfast spread is extremely diverse, offering a wide range of savory and sweet options, with something new to discover every day. Next time we're in Munich, we'll definitely be booking this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable and was given a free upgrade to a better room which was very nice! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center, it takes about 25-30 minutes to get there including a 10-15 minute walk to the station. However the location is nice and quiet and felt safe to walk through, even at night.

The place is very elegant, the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The reservation employee learned from my name that I prefer food (halal) and informed me that some items will be available for breakfast.also the appartment was a (carpeted floor )

Very clean room and the staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable. It is very close to the centre of the town and it is about 15 minutes drive. The expo is next to the hotel. Definitely I will select it on another trip to Munich

Well the location is not the best, something that harms the view, but for us it was a minor issue indeed. There is a bus stop nearby and a metro station at about 10-15 mins of walking. Walking to the metro station really helped us observe the quietness and the picturesque houses of this beautiful suburb.

Of course the upgrade from room to suite was a very pleasant surprise, but apart from that the kindness of the personnel and their will to help us in solving any kind of issue or just questions was more than just good, it was perfect in the whole sense of the word. Moreover I would like to point out that the room was equipped with everything we could ask for.
