There was a party in a restaurant at 0200 when we arrived, last thing you need is noise after long trip..

The staff does not speak English, only German. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff did not pay attention to me for more than 20 minutes, because during that time they were serving the guests of the restaurant and bringing out the food. As he passed by, he said something in German, but when I answered that I don't speak German, he went off to the kitchen, dissatisfied. During the entire stay, I did not receive a kind and hospitable treatment at any moment.

A good location outside the city, surrounded by forest and meadows. The area also has an animal enclosure and a large playground for children. A good restaurant with a wide range of traditional German dishes. It was delicious.

Remote location. Wall-to-wall carpeting was dusty in the room - needs to be replaced. A couple of "minibar"-bottles disappeared from our room between the first and second day, which I find very odd.

Plenty of parking places. Two joint rooms. Good breakfast.

One of the beds was less comfortable than the other one. Doors to the bathroom are made from almost transparent glass and they don't provide enough privacy when light in the bathroom is on. One thing that might be a bit more problematic for some people: our room was located on 1st floor with pretty narrow, steap stairs. If you have big suitcase it's better you have been going to your gym regularly :-)

Breakfast - exceptional!!! Hand made pancakes, huge variety of food, great coffy and birds singing outside. Pure pleasure. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delivious. Personel was also very helpful and hospitable. Our room was huge and were warm, so warm that we even turned off the heating. Hotel is next to the forest. It was a please to breath with fresh air in the morning and hear birds singing. It was a pleasure to interact with the personel. I highly recommend this place. Danke.

We stayed in the separate building which did echo and as we were on the ground floor you heard everyone using the bathroom unfortunately

Breakfast doesn’t start until 0800. That is really inconvenient for those who want to leave early to go start their day. The rooms are outdated and need new carpet. The bathroom door is milk glass and you can see anyone who is sitting on the toilet. There is no privacy. Guests were incredibly loud in the hall way around 0100 yet no one from the hotel staff enforced quiet hours (Ruhezeit).

The hotel staff were always very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. The location is great. There is a large area for kids to play outside. Parking was easy.

The room had a balcony I could just sit out on, enjoy, the view, and have a glass of wine/ cup of coffee.
