How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was fine and match the price for the room which was very fair.
We used this Hotel for an overnight stay in relation on our travel from Italy to Denmark by car. We have stayed at this hotel before. It offer rooms in good conditions with a convenient location arriving by car and a parking next to the Hotel entrance.

WiFi wasn't good & in the end I didn't bother with it. Also there were no English programmmes available on the TV which in this day isn't good service.
Breakfast was very good. Adjacent to a very good restaurant which made eating out in the evening easy. A brisk 25 min walk took you into the centre of Inglestadt.

Shower head was broken, but was replaced quickly at the reception. Room was very very warm and noisy with an open window because of the traffic.
Parking facilities, looks of the room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was fine
We used the hotel for an overnight stay on our way back to Denmark from Italy. The Hotel has an convenient location to the highway. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. There is good parking facilities.

Very hot in the room during summer times. Impossible to get fresh air into the room.

The room was incredibly warm. The air conditioning simply didn’t make a difference to the temperature. I opened the window but road noice was an issue. The breakfast was uninspiring and did not represent good value for money.
Lovely staff, great location and very clean. I needed my business address putting on the invoice which was done correctly. Lovely coffee at breakfast.

WiFi got disconnected every few minutes. The same happened for my colleagues. No seat in my room. And shampoo was enough for only my hair! no recharge after 2 days!

Very uncomfortable beds, rooms unbearably hot due to sunset and no AC... if you roll down the inner blind, can't open the window...
The adjacent steak restaurant offers amazingly tasty premium quality steaks and that's really a must! IN Bone Bar & Grill (http://www.inbone.de) definitely worth a visit on its own!

We were invited to a birthday party in Ingolstadt over the weekend. My hosts chose the kult hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the design of the hotel. I love the ceiling picture in the room and the great mirror lamp above the bed. My request for a room with a bathtub was granted so that I could relax after my arrival. I also found the breakfast the next morning very appealing.

1.The bed mattress was bad. 2. Water in the refrigerator was open... and a price tag of Euro 6,50 3. Bathroom shower water drain was clogged. A new hotel with features of a hotel 20 years ago. The rooms have key ! Entry. Lol

Please improve your WiFi connection and make it easy to use and change connection service.
Wifi is really bad Kult hotel. I mean I am paying extra 10 euros to have WiFi which is very wrong because all the hotels have free WiFi when you booked the room, here I had to pay which makes no sense as the WiFi is of such a poor quality all the time the signals were gone and I was using my 3g. I could also not connect it my laptop. I mean I would never go there again because of this.

Internet connection is so poor. Room size are pretty small than average. They charge for a car parking within premises however people can use neighbor parking for free.
Location is nice. Ok for short stay.

We booked this hotel since it had air condition because it was warm summer days at the time. The rooms (4ea) had air conditioning but the effect of these was hardly present. In one of the rooms it was food leftovers from previous guests in the fridge. The other room was missing a duvet and pillow (the staff brought this to the room when we made them aware). After showering it seemed like the circulation fan did not work in the evening (it worked in the morning so maybe it has a certain time we’re it shuts off), but the bathroom became very steamy and hot after the shower.
