The room is clean and the bed was so comfortable. There is air conditioner.

We didn't include breakfast as an option, as it was quite expensive and there's bakeries around the corner.

Location wise, the hotel has an amazing position. It's right next to a bus stop, and an U-bahn stop is further down the street. We had a three-person room in the corner, with beautiful view and everything we needed. There was a large desk in the room, and several chairs. The hotel had provided some glasses, and in the bathroom there's even a bath, and shampoo or soap provided. All in all, we were very happy to stay at the Come Inn at Kürfurstendamm.

i found it really strange that you have to decide at check-in what time you want to have breakfast the next day. you are presented with a schedule and have to decide on a time slot. i have stayed in many hotels, but i have never experienced this. even if the breakfast room is small and there are many guests in the hotel, it can be organized differently. for example, when checking in, it can be pointed out at what time many people are there and that there may be waiting times.

the hotel has a great location directly on the kudamm but is kind of outdated. the rooms look very old-school. there is no separate shower but only a bathtub in which you can shower. the tv in the room is extremely small. the breakfast has a good selection, but the taste is not good and everything is not prepared with much love. the view from the breakfast room which is on the sixth floor is good directly onto the kudamm. there is a safe in the room which is good.

I paid on 6 feb 2024 102.70 € extra for Wallet-tegoed. before we went to Berlin I telephoned your offices and asked wherefore this amount that I paid too much was. the lady answered that I have to arrange it whit the hotel. at the hotel they didn't know anything about it. so please send this money back. thanks

This is a decent hotel. Its design is somewhat old-fashioned, but the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfy. I loved the restaurant on the top floor (where the breakfasts were served), which had huge panoramic windows that provided a view of the neighbouring streets!

Awful wi-fi (messenger apps wouldn’t work on it & web pages took forever to load) & location is not as central as advertised. The nearest U-Bahn is a 20-min walk, so you have to take a bus to get anywhere near the city center.

Excellent location with many restaurants and cafes close-by. So, were transportations links. The room was spacious and clean. Shower was well functioning. Breakfast was ordinary but sufficient and of good quality. The view from the restaurant was nice.
