There was a lot of stairs to access the hotel and to the parking.

The hotel was easy to find. Breakfast was excellent. We had a family room for one night and it was very decent. Overall, happy with the hotel and the service. Nearby (a few minutes drive) there are a few nice restaurants. We will be happy to stay there again.

Not a major one, but the lack of elevator if you stay in the upper floors and have large suitcases to carry up, and I would rate the breakfast as average though kids were not charged, which was a nice bonus.

The rooms sizes, beds and cleanliness were great. Hotel staff were very friendly and generally nice people.

The room we booked for 4 people was really big and nice. Everything was available in the room. It was excellent.

Having to carry our stuff to the 3rd floor after a long day's journey, but we knew there was no lift so this is not a complaint just a mention of the only thing we didn't like.

There is no lift and I had to carry a huge suitcase up to the third floor. During my stay some construction work was going on and the builders left the place in a bit of a state, e.g. tools, cigarette butts and rubbish were lying around and there were some trip hazards due to cables on the stairs. Presumably this is a temporary problem. The room was not cleaned over the six days, which is fine by me, but they didn’t supply enough loo rolls. Upstairs neighbours were very noisy, which in part was owed to the fact that there seems to be no proper dampening for the flooring.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was nice and featured a small kitchen. Breakfast was good. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, but it is also a nice walk into town through the forest. Great value for money

I was on the 3rd floor so going up and down with no lift was not very convenient. only reason why I didn’t give it a 10

The scaffolding on the stairs that we had to walk through. The noise the heating made all night. The people in the rooms next to us talking until 2 & then being woken at 7 by their friends asking for cars to be moved

Far too many stairs. It was down a couple of flights from the car parking space at the rear of the hotel then up several flights to the 3rd floor room. Our original room was up small wooden staircase in the attic area. We said this was too many stairs so we're given a room on the 3rd floor instead. The hotel could benefit from having a lift installed..

Large room, newly laid carpet. Bathroom was very modern and clean. Staff helpful, did us a takeaway breakfast as we had an early start.

lots of noise outside, the area seemed a bit...idk I didn't want to park my car there. it's dirty outside but the hotel itself is very clean!
