We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyPerhaps I should have chosen the annex rooms, because I was traveling with a dog and the annex appears to have the easiest access to green space.
This hotel has the highest specifications of design, quality and service. Dinner and breakfast were delicious with plenty of choice. Service was also polished. Look forward to returning. Hotel and Bistro are dog friendly for well behaved pets

Amazing nice little hotel in the center of Sarrelouis. Very chic, very cosy, the atmosphere is quiet and elegant, perfect for a November rainy week-end. The food is also exceptionnal (we were at the Pastis) as is breakfast; The staff is really professional and in large number. A very, very nice experience!

Unfortunately i appear to have been pampered by airconditioning and ungrateful because of a heatwave that week.... i couldn't sleep even in a comfy and easing earth-colors surrounding. Cut my stay a bit shorter to seek my own bed and clima control...
Gästehaus interior is looking nice and clean. Good bed accomodation and a roomy enough desk to actually do some work too. I actually liked the styling and the choice of colours.

United KingdomSuch a fantastic hotel! The interior design of the entire hotel is impeccable and really beautiful, it’s a pity we were only there for one night! It’s also dog friendly, and on arrival, in our room we also found a blanket, some treats, and food/water bowls! We also ate at Patis Bistro, and the food was top! Everyone was very welcoming and always smiling!
