The bathroom is a bit tired and the single, 80cm wide bed in the middle of the room, is a bit of an unusual thing. I did manage without great efforts to not fall out, but that's more a thing of not being used to than the hotel being poor.

I liked the simplicity of booking the hotel on short notice and the way the check-in was handled. The building has a quaint charm, the restaurant is very good, breakfast was nice, and the staff is super-friendly, and looks after the place very well.

There was only one small towel available in the bathroom and no bath mat. I checked-in after reception hours (after 8 pm) so it was not possible to request an additional one.

Charming hotel in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. There is a forest nearby which allowed me to walk my dog, who could stay in the hotel for a 10 euro surcharge. Breakfast was good.

Shower is a bit outdated, a some water is going out. Bed is very soft, some people may not like that.

A quite place in a residential area of Baden-Baden. Just a short walk to the Festspielhaus and a bit longer to the central part. Traditional German breakfast is provided.

We were around the corner from main hotel in an annex was ok but a little bit not so nice area to entrance off. It was a very hot day and rooms were hot and no air conditioner. No tea making facilities in room or fridge(was small shared one at bottom of stairs)

The location was great a short walk to town centre. the breakfast was really good and lady serving very helpful and smiling.

The family suite (last room available) was spacious for a couple. It was all very clean. No air conditioning but a fan was provided - and needed Nice breakfast - lots of choice for a small hotel Staff were very friendly. Easy walk into the centre of Baden Baden

There is no elevator, restaurant is closed. There was a big wedding party going on, hence a lot of noise until late. No coffee or tea facilities in the room, would have been a nice addition.

Check in was quick and friendly. Room was ok, parking opposite hotel. Hotel is on walking distance from the city center. Breakfast included, was ok!

We were on the top floor. No lift so had to lug our motorcycle luggage and riding gear up 6 flights which after riding 6 hours in 30+ degrees was unwelcome. Got an option of Air con room, which the unit was not man enough for the room. It made no difference so ended up opening all the windows to create a draw through. The car park is across the road and open, so I was on edge all night with the bikes being on view. They were fine though so I worried unnecessarily.

Very clean room, easy to find the hotel. Easy check in. The lady who served our breakfast was amazing. Very helpful and keen to please us. Thank you

When it said boutique I expected the room to be fancy but they were very plain, down in the restaurant that was where the money had been spent, the stair carpet was old and tired looking, the room was no different to any other we stayed in on our tour round europe

Although I had paid several months in advance when I came to leave I was asked to pay another €7.50 a room (€15 total) for some particular reason. Unfortunately I don't speak much German and the otherwise lovely lady serving breakfast didn't speak enough English to be able to explain this extra charge (cleaning charge possibly?) As it was only €15 I didn't bother arguing and just paid up.

Peaceful hotel in a lovely location with a clean and comfortable room. Staff were all very pleasant and there was a good breakfast choice in the morning.

Staff very friendly. Hotel has great FREE parking across the street....area SO QUIET!!! Breakfast a great value...and kept the cappuccinos coming hand made. Easy checkout.

no facilities in room to make coffee. no fridge either. it would be nice if for non-europeans they have some sort of non-digital instructions for shower taps.

check in and staff helping our mobility needs by altering accomodation. room was large and bathroom was excellent.
