    A little bit overpriced

It’s quiet and cozy. Next to Nymphenburg palace and easy access to the park

Some staff misunderstood the egg preparation for breakfast.

The area was absolutely beautiful and silent, the rooms were clean and old style, close to the Nymphemburg Palace.

Although bathroom looked fairly new the shower leaked, creating a wet floor we had to clean up. Room could have used a small fan for air movement, maybe they had one available, we didn't ask.

Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety and quality items. Check in gentleman said breakfast was included, but in the end we were charged for it so that was a little confusing.

No lift so it was a struggle with the suitcase but they would have helped if I needed.

Great location right near Schloss Nymphenburg. Good breakfast with eggs and bacon on request.

sadly the hotel is a little far from the next bus/train/metro stop. the nearest stop was a bus stop if i remember it correctly but there weren't many buses that were stopping there. overall it is no problem if you are travelling by car there are some restaurants in the near but no grocery store - but the hotel overs snacks and drinks

very nice staff clean rooms plenty parking spots on the streets around the otel

Parking is small (4 places), but plenty of places around for free. S-bahn is 15 min. walk, but there is also a bus 5 min.

Very nice building (although without elevator). We slept in the corner room of the second floor, which was spacious. Breakfast was also very good, with coffee, eggs and bacon prepared on the spot. Schloss is very near and a nice Italian restaurant. Staff was very welcoming (and spoke very good English).

Not the hotel's fault, however the tram system wasn't operational at the time of our stay. As we relied on public transport, we had to walk a bit further to the S-bahn station, this wasn't a big problem however.

Very clean, very good breakfast, check out time at 11am was good.

You couldn’t close one window properly, we were under the roof and had to carry heavy skis and luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

    Old building near palace park.

Don’t get why people complain about this place. It was all good for the price.

Lovely old-style hotel. Quite neighborhood. Friendly staff and easy access to the city. Breakfast varies day by day. Stayed here for 2 nights to visit Messe München. By train (Laim) or Tram (Romanplatz) you can easily get to Munich central station to transfer to the U2. It took us only 40 minutes to get to the fair.

Needs refurbishment. Everything is from the 70s and partly falling apart. Rooms are tiny, bathrooms even tinier. Very YMCA/youth hostel feeling.

Great location (next to Schloss Nymphenburg & botanic gardens) in a quit(er) part of Munich. Good breakfast buffet.

Location was excellent, and beautiful, just minutes from the city centre but in a lovely neighbour hood with shops, restaurants, beer gardens and the schloss within a few minutes’ walk. We would definitely stay there again.
