Pretty poor signage on the building where you have to check in before walking to accommodation. We were a little bit early and the place was closed up and no signs to say "you are in the right place but come back at 3" Dinner at the restaurant I would skip. Expensive for average quality

Rooms were super comfy and I recommend the brekkie. Was fully of yummy bread and meats as well as other goodies. Once we figured out the check in location was totally unavailable until 3pm and no signage the staff were helpful and helped us book dinner and breakfast. The sleep was probably the best I have had in ages

Great location in the centre of town. Breakfast selection was amazing including cooked bacon & Eggs if you wanted this also. We stayed in a separate building just down the road where they have additional rooms. The rooms were all new and refurbished to a high standard and spacious too. There were 3 in our party and we had rooms next to each other which was also good plus we had 3 x motorcycles and they let us park them on the driveway in front of the garage.

We had given our arrival time (at night), but when we arrived following the indications, nobody was there and we called a number that was in the door and they were surprised when I said we had a booking. They told us they don't receive people at night and we had to wait for someone to come with the key. The room has no toiletries and the bed sheets are old and have small stains. Overall, I'd recommend the place because we had a pleasant stay, but we stayed the night after that in another hotel for the same price and the experience was so much better that I'd say this is not a good price/quality ratio.

The location is really good, you are right next to the waterfall. The room is pretty big and comfortable.

it was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Finding the hotel rooms was a bit challenging as entrance not well signed but once checked in at the restaurant (as reception there) all was well. Staff kindly provided a breakfast out with normal times as we had a Sunday morning early train.

We were there over the Easter weekend and would have found it helpful if the owners had let us know what shops would be open during this time as it varies so much in different towns.

Excellent location, within walking distance to the Waterfall and restaurants as well as beautiful areas to visit nearby. Good sized clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Nice and quiet considering the location, we could hear the river running beside the apartments, that was lovely!

There was no soap in my room. There are also no toiletries in the room so plan to bring them.

Great location. It’s a quick walk to the waterfall and all the shops. The decor of the restaurant is quintessentially German.

The towel racks were great for the bath towels but there wasn't a place to hang the hand towel. There was no shower door so water ended up on the floor after every shower. The room was small as was the desk, which only had one chair. The room was on the ground floor so the window opened out onto the street which meant that there was a lot of noise from the street and from people passing by. The last night we were there, the neighbors above us were also up all night which we could hear quite well. Didn't like that the reception was located in a different place from the room but it wasn't that far away.

The room was clean, the bathroom was modern with enough room to put toiletries, there was ample room to store or hang clothes and the location was great. There were enough outlets around the room for everything and the room lighting was great.

The bathroom was a glass see through walls ☹️☹️☹️make sure you close the window curtains before taking shower . We finally cover the glass wall with blankets

Check in was 150m uphill from the accommodation. This wasn't made clear in the booking. Guests should be firmly directed to the restaurant first then they can make their way downhill to the rooms.

The shower is in a corridor next to bedroom but not in the bathroom, really weird.

The host lady was very nice and dealt with my bad German very politely.

Room gets very warm even if you start the room heater slow. I think room does not have good ventilation. I had to trun off the heater and open the window for some fresh air even it was 4 degree outside.

Hotel was in the middle of the city center. Road was clean. Breakfast was good.
