Everything was good, but the door into the bathroom should open into the room in stead of into the small bit decent bathroom (narrow space between edge of door and shower/sink to wiggle through to get to toilet)

Great hotel! Traveling back from Austria we stopped here for a night. Dog friendly, good restaurant, excellent breakfast. Will come back next year!

The curtains are very thin so the room which didn’t block out the light from the courtyard. A change of heavier curtains with blackout lining or a blind under the curtains would easily resolve this. I didn’t sleep well.

The style and rustic character- beautiful restaurant which used to be part of a wine cellar. Great food, friendly staff and the beds & pillows were lovely & comfortable.

The only thing amiss was the shower door did not have a good seal, so there was a bit of a puddle outside after my shower. But a towel cleaned up the water without being a major problem.

The breakfast was great! It had lots of variety, and all that we ate was delicious. The hotel is uniquely configured, with every room appearing to be different. I like that compared to the standard designs of most hotels these days.

We was at the breakfast st 9:30 and it was to 10:00. Litle drinks and food left. And long time before the staff was comming for help.

You wouldn't call it "modern" - for some people it might be not nice, but for me it was just fine. This is not a problem of a hotel, rather of public transport - it was always a bit late, so count with this if you have any important meetings or similar.

Very friendly personnel, super fast check-in and check-out. Tasty breakfast, and there is enough food - I came down past 9 and still had a good choice of everything. Bus stop just 10 m away, bus brings you to Sbahn or Ubahn towards Frankfurt. I needed 30 min to Frankfurt Messe or 40 min to the southern part. There is a restaurant in the same building. I did not buy there anything but the smells were delicious.

That there was no facilities to make tea or coffee in the rooms , after long travel times always look forward to a hot cup of tea or coffee to relax ...especially as the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived

I highly recommend, although I did find the customer service to not be the most Ideal. They often requested things of me and my guests that they didn’t of other guests, such as saying not to forget our room keys because there was no reception that day or making us pay at breakfast instead of checkout. However, I believe this was a unique experience and they perhaps did not like me or my family or friends, despite having supported their business over the last two years. I would still recommend this place to any travelers because it is one of the best in the Bad Vilbel and surrounding area. And Nieder Erlenbach is a GEM of a town. You will love it

The breakfast is delicious, staff are relatively friendly for Germany, the bar has many options and the restaurant itself has phenomenal food. The building is one of the originals in the town so the rooms are a little bit older which is nice but if you’re like my sister or friend who traveled with us, it could aggravate your allergies. I love the restaurant and have always been fond of this place.

Lovely quant hotel with a nice patio to enjoy a bit of fresh air, relax, and visit or have breakfast. Located in nice quiet small commuter town that's under 15 mi drive from downtown Frankfurt. And maybe 20-30 min from airport. Breakfast was amazing buffet with lots of choices of fresh foods both warm and cold. They had just finished remodeling our rooms the day before we arrived. The AirCon wasn't hooked up yet but they provided a nice fan that cooled the room well. Temperature dropped at night so was very comfortable. There is a nice bistro attached with outdoor dining that offers traditional German food and a gelato shop. Restaurant looks good but was closed on Monday so we couldn't try it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

@ stories and no lift, not too bad but in summer a pain with the luggage. No air-conditionning, we were under the roof it was really really hot! We did open the balcony door and windows there were but this was only effective from around midnight so I had little sleep :)

We located in an otherwise small town. The rooms were roomy and very quiet with a small kitchenette provided (though we did not cook). The rooms were airy and well-lit.

My partner gets hot quickly so maybe a fan would have been nice but that’s about it!

There were so many choices at the breakfast buffet. They had everything! Staff was very friendly as well. Would love to go back again and would definetely recommend! There is a lovely terrace downstairs where you could get something to drink, very cute.
