If you arrive after dark, a bit hard to locate your room. No lifts, carry your luggage up the stairs.

The staff were very cold to foreigners. We speak English and they were not particularly polite when responding.

The entire property was so clean. And the location is wonderful, very close to Füssen and the castle.

Everything is prefect. Especially the view is ambient. The property is big with kitchen and living hall. There are small area for kids to play too. Everyone is happy and satisfied.

Didn't have the breakfast there, but the room was amazing, when you arrive the hotel, you really can't expect what you are going to see inside... the rooms are perfect, speechless. The place around the hotel is quite unique too. Also has the best restaurant I went in Switzerland, just two blocks away from the hotel . I sure will be back in the future.

Very clean and comfortable room, we loved the beautiful wooden floor (no carpet, so much better against allergy ). Nice balcony. We had a peaceful night. Breakfast was perfect.

Booked a balcony room and was given first floor with children’s play equipment in the yard right outside our bedroom. We were told no children would use it but they did. For one night it was ok.

A well appointed appartment in a great location with breakfast available as an option. An authentic Bayerisch Landhaus experience. Good car parking space (this place is really only suited to those travelling by hiring a car)

We loved our stay at Landhaus Kossel; when booking we needed to find a dog friendly place and this was by far the nicest accommodation for the price. It was so relaxed and friendly - we loved the natural pool and the location was great to carry a paddle board down to the lake and so close to everything we wanted to visit. The lady on reception was also really friendly and when we decided last minute we wanted breakfast she ran to the shops for more bread! 5 star from us

It's a small room which is fine but it had lots of furniture in it so it felt like a real squeeze! Probably could do without some of the chunkier furniture :)

I thought it was a sweet little hotel, the bed was comfy the bathroom lots of space, I loved that they had dog beds put in the room and bowls to use! Staff very friendly and location great. Very quiet area.

Spacious, well-appointed and immaculately clean room with large bathroom and balcony and views to the hills. Short walk to restaurants on main street and lake. Friendly staff. Shed to store bikes.

Pillows were a bit too soft and flat. But that's a small thing more than made up by everything else.

Beautiful location. Spacious clean room. Nice facilities with natural pool, sauna. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked like a generous delicious spread. (We instead had a great cheap breakfast <5 minute walk away at Schönegger Käse-Alm.) Just across the road from Hopfensee lake, close to all amenities around the area - lots of eating places; the ones we tried were all reasonably priced. We used this as a base to explore Fussen, Neuschwanstein Castle, the Bavarian Alps. Hopfensee which is right by this hotel is itself is a beautiful lake worth walking/jogging/cycling around.
