You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We stayed for two nights during a European road trip visiting Phantasialand Theme Park. It was perfect for our family needs. Plenty space, beautifully clean and comfortable. Everything there you could possibly need. Just like home from home. Hosts lovely and very accommodating. We could all have happily stayed longer and without a doubt would book again. Lovely welcome snacks, water, juice and milk which was amazing as we arrived late in the evening after the shops closed.

LuxembourgThe size of each room was wonderful, from the kitchen to the living room to each room. The kitchen is fully (really fully) equipped, from the automatic coffee machine with grains to various electric and not electric equipment. Really ready for anything. Kids also enjoyed the table games and other toys put at disposal in the living room. It is really cosy and we may have loved to stay more! Really the best choice if you are visiting the region.

GermanyEverything is available one can imagine, from coffee, tea, soft drinks to extra chargers. Guides of the Phantasialand to Netflix. Everything is clean. We felt at home. Perfect for children, lots of toys. Hosts were very kind and helpful.

United KingdomThe only thing that would be an improvement is better lighting in the twin bed bedroom. Wall or ceiling lights or a tall lamp.
We have stayed here a number of times now as it is fabulous; it is always spotless, and with a personalised greeting sign! It feels so comfortable and welcoming. I only score it as "meeting expectations" because I've been before - otherwise I would say it exceeds expectation.

You could not wish to stay at a nicer place, everything about it was perfect, right down to the personalised welcome sign. Very well equipped , and lovingly personalised by the owners. The hosts are delightful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this without hesitation definitely would like to stay here again, for longer next time.

QatarWe faced one problem it made our residence uncomfortable at all.. The flat was very cold (our visit was in November) and heat system was not working properly at that day, we got sick all due to that. We informed the team there for this problem but no serious action has been taken and even no following up. Despite the cuteness of the flat but we are sorry to mention to this event, it hide all other positive points..
