You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lovely, cozy and clean hotel in a small village in the hills. Beautiful surroundings for walks. Great breakfast with fresh and tasty food and good coffee. Good location, spacious room and free parking right at the entrance. The place is owned by a family and they are very kind, hardworking and welcoming people. It feels like home!

CroatiaThe upstairs room where our children were, had support beams from the roof that was low enough that you could accidentally hit your head. They didn't bother the children, everything was beautiful to them, like in a fairy tale.
My family (three kids, my wife, and me) stay in a hotel somewhere in august 2022 for only two nights. We are all very happy with the owners of the hotel who were very kind and pleasant. The owner speaks excellent English. The breakfast was very delicious and I recommended not to skip it. If I remember correctly, the prize for breakfast was 12 euros per person. My wife loved having her morning coffee in their garden. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There is free parking. The village is very small but surrounded by beautiful nature. It is a very quiet place where you can enjoy silence and peace. Race track Nürburgring is very near and also recommend visiting the museum there, the kids will love it.
