There was no air conditioning in my room, hence it was difficult to have a good sleep. I later found out I should have asked upon checking. The breakfast had less variety but loved the freshly made eggs.

Loved the spa facilities on offer.

I would have loved to have an AC. It wasn't too hot but I can imagine it being quite warm in the middle of summer.

As soon as you drive up driveway, you feel like being in a fairy tale. A castle-like appearance, clean cut grass, flowers, ... you almost expect birds landing on your arm and singing you a song. The staff may have been the friendliest I ever encountered in a hotel in Germany. The front desk, the cleaning staff, the spa, the restaurant, the bar - everyone was more than friendly. The rooms were quite big, with comfy beds and there was no noise at all. The gym was equipped enough. My colleague was happy with the sauna and we only took a glimpse at the bathing area, which was open around the clock. If we have had more time, we definitely would have tried it. The restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast. The barkeeper talked with us almost an hour after the bar was closed. One more example for the extremely freindly staff. If I ever visit Rotenburg again, I'm going to stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was a bit too warm in general, which put us in a sleepy mood most of the time, but it is maybe just us. Another thing was the strong food smell inside the hotel at times, I think it can be better ventilated.

The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. It is super cozy. The rooms are beautiful. The pool area is really nice and the food is delicious. The staff has always been super attentive. Great place for a romantic weekend getaway!

First of all, WOW. Photos online don’t do the hotel justice. It is stunning. We arrived in a taxi and before we could even get out the hotel receptionist already had our bags out of the car and into the hotel. Staff were so lovely and went above and beyond. Anything you needed they were more than happy to help. The sauna and the pool were amazing features! I Could not say a bad word about the overall experience

The room was too hot; when I mentioned it to the receptionist she told me that I should have switched on the air condition. This is not a healthy option for a 1,5 year old! The room was also not the most quiet one since it happened to be right above the back door where the staff went in and out throwing out bottles etc after closing the restaurant.

Great breakfast! They even brought a fresh waffle for my son. Swimming pool is nice and big, enough for a leisurely swim. I traveled alone with my 1,5 year old, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He even got his own little bathrobe.
