Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

The hotel is convenient to be reached by car. The parking is a bit busy in evenings due to the popular restaurant nearby. Driving out of the hotel to the street might be tricky in the business hours - the traffic can get active.
We had huge apartments with 3 separate rooms, kitchen,two showers and two toilets - perfect for 5 persons. Functional and clean showers. lots of space for comfortable relaxing stay. Kitchen well equipped. Private parking. There is Edeka supermarket in 5 minutes walking distance. Free private car parking with the gas station just in front of the hotel. We also enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the sauna. Very friendly personal provided us excellent service! We enjoyed our stay very much!

All the small and big references to music history, embracing the 80s, 90s and 00s. The relaxed atmosphere. And above all that we forgot an item in our room and the hotel was so kind to have it sent to us in Netherlands.

I loved the facilities. The opening hours of the Swimmingpool and the sauna. Till 22:00, so no stress at all! We did a bicycle trip and It felt really good to have found this hotel on the way. We could rest and have a really good time.

The pillows were not very comfortable, to my taste. The planes desend towards landing in Köln Bonn airport right above the hotel. Can get a bit noisy at nights

It was cold in the room when I got there, but the staff helped and it got warm veryy quickly. I missed the hotel slippers, as I had in my previous room and didn't bring any this time.
The staff was great, the breakfast also very good, big sortiment of foods, and delicious, very pleasant and clean hotel.

The beeping of the ventilation fan in the bathroom.
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, traveling for a business purposes. A practical hotel with kind service, small but clean and comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. I liked the very good lighting in the room.

A hotel as it has to be. Very friendly staff, private parking and very clean. Spacious rooms with a good bed, marvellous shower and very quiet during the night. Also important for me: no carpets and window can be opened. Good breakfast to start the day.

Nothing- everything was great, only downside as that the pool was under maintenance and we therefore couldn’t utilise it.
Lovely apartment and extremely spacious for big families. It was very clean, well looked after and great facilities available like the sauna, gym, free coffees, garden space.

A bit out from the town , although there is a bus stop close enough to take you there at €2.20 ea on way. Breakfast is €14 per person and a child from 8 years up the same I thaught this was awful aswe didn't want full breakfast just toast,tea maybe cereal or croissant and €14 per person was ridiculous needless to say my sister had apartment close to us so we got our toast there and tea waiting til 11 for the free cupa was long. Also the restaurant at hotel didn't open til 5pm and there was no cafe around within 4 km to have anything else so we were thankful my sister got apartment for her family we used her cooking facilities for breakfast. The restaurant closed Monday so we got a lovely Italian down the road from us opens every evening and very reasonable,hotel restaurant over priced for what you get but it was tasty.
Very nice and clean,lovely staff.Free tea and coffee from 11am to 9 pm was great.We did request a kettle and small fridge for our room for old water and proper milk for our 12 yr old.

Nothing I could fault
Absolutely everything was 10/10 from the moment we walked through the door, the room, the staff, the complimentary hot drinks throughout the day, the swimming pool and the gym, the garden area for relaxing, everything was just perfect. It was genuinely the best place we've ever stayed. Our room was spacious and clean and with lovely views. The breakfast provided was absolutely amazing, so much choice.

Modern and clean home style. Breakfast. Free coffee and tea during daytime. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop nearby that brings you easy to Bayer or to the city center. Loved the area for walks.

Breakfast could had been better. I was expecting some local food and variety. Room has space but in bathroom keeping stuff was challenging as there were no drawers or tables.
Location, staff, cleanliness. Lovely relaxing environment. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Gym and sauna is also available. Staff is very helpful, extra point.for that.
