We were in 2th floor but we had to use some stairs to reach our room and it was a little difficult with baby!

The location was exeptionally beautifull. Breakfast was good and dinner so delicious though a bit expensive but in high quality. Personnel are nice and helpful.

Wi-Fi is a little slow.

Large room with great shower, very good bed. In the room there is a bag with a bathrobe and towel per person to enjoy the sauna and pool. we loved the sauna, swimming pool. I didn't use the gym, but I saw that it was very well equipped. The breakfast is delicious with many options at the buffet. I recommend it and intend to return to this hotel.

Everything was good, except if you prefer rather hard beds. Beds are comfortable but a bit soft for my taste.

Located in a very small town, quiet surroundings, wellness, good for walking. Comfortable nog rooms with balcony, all newly decorated. Staff was really attentive and very friendly, well run family hotel.

It’s a nice valley and you can enjoy the valley and also use other restaurants but to go timotheegras places like Monschau it takes a drive Rooms are warm and we did not have hot weather so wonder when it’s 30 degrees , no airco

Nice size and decoration. Location perfect for hiking or cycling adventures. Beautiful wellness area. The owners are actively involved in day to day operations. Breakfast was top notch.

Housekeeping was a bit below standard, I spilled something on the bathroom floor and it wasn't cleaned up, nor was our sink cleaned. Bit of a let down given how great the rest of the hotel/staff were.

Lovely hotel with fantastic friendly staff. The wellness area and garden were fabulous. Staff so helpful. We had a great time.

Quality of food wasn’t amazing, definitely for the price they charge. Sauna was broken on our 2nd day, so was the pancakemachine at breakfast.

We had a room upgrade which have us a beautiful room with a terras overlooking the gardens, perfect for relaxing during the daytime with enough privacy for all, and beautiful lit in the dark

A great location for visiting the area and surrounding interests. Very peaceful. Given the option to eat in or walk to neighbouring hotels. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus after a long drive.

The staff were SO friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the ( indoor) pool - quiet and spotless. The garden was great - it is located on the banks of a small river and has sunbeds and hammocks to lie on.. We lay there for hours reading a book and relaxing - wonderful place to chill. We also enjoyed the food.

The “view” from our room. it was not a problem for a couple of nights but I would not like to be in a room with no view for a week. The dining room is fine when the hotel is not full but extremely noisy when large groups are there and the breakfast buffet area is too small when there are a large number of people there at the same time.

The area in which the hotel is situated is beautiful. Great place to be if you enjoy walking. The Swimming pool and wellness area is excellent.

The wellness is renewed and we are very sensitive for air quality (the reason we picked this place), the smell and use of bleaching products to sterilise the welness was heavy, too much to handle and unfortunately you could already smell it from in the main floor (welness is in the basement). Since many guests will go there for the purity of the air, this may be a point of attention they need to keep in mind for the future as it may fear people who are sensitive by lungs or skin to these products.

We went their with our little furry friend and while we had all packed with us, the hotel had been so proactive to put a sleeping rug, food, a toy, bowls, ... for him! The room may have been a bit outdated but it is very legit since you are allowed to take dogs and of course pets can destroy rooms so we have full apreciation for that. Which was a great plus to the room for us was that the toilet and the bathroom were separated! So you didn't have to annoy each other or no one didn't need to wait! The room had everything we expected! Water pressure was a bit low on the shower but this is probably nothing the owners can help, because it will be the consequence of the very peculiar, amazing and breathtaking location. We went in the Christmas period and the decoration was just amazing. It was like being in a fairy tale. Esp for us since we don't have parents and families anymore - we could warm our hearts and feel the joy of the family happiness of this family running this hotel, which they do an outstanding job at! The food and breakfast there was amazing too... It just had everything. We had a great stay there and it felt peaceful we didn't need to leave the place to look for food somewhere: we just had anything we wanted and dined every night there, without getting there. We are thankful to the owners and staff for this great experience and will be back there soon for sure!
